Frustrating experience trying to connect with DelAir.

Do not leave your phone number with any hope the system will "keep your place in the cue and call you back..." They don't.

Today, after 30 minute wait on hold Natalia took my info and while unable to give me the direct numbe to accounting, where she was going to forward my call, I was disconnected AGAIN!

I have been assured by Bart Baker, Customer Experience Mgr "We’ve been dealing with technology issues that we are hoping will be resolved soon."

My experience with the service techs are all good.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Del-Air when our heating went out. The technician, Jay, was very professional and explained in detail what we would need, and showed us what he would do. Very nice work, I will definitely be using Del-Air again, and will set up scheduled servicing with them.

Rio and team did a great job, they thoroughly explained the entire process and took extra care to make sure they cleaned out the drain line entirely. Offered additional services but was not pushy which is a huge plus in my book.
