The service technician did a great job. Our rating is based on the lack of communication from the scheduling office. Our a/c went down on Sunday evening. We called in our service request Monday morning. Due to heavy workload the earliest we could be scheduled seas on Tuesday afternoon. By 9:00 Tuesday evening we came to the conclusion no service would be conducted that day. No call from the scheduling people on inability to provide us service. No apology for missing an appointment. Nothing.

On Wednesday morning we called and asked when would we receive service. Remember we are now into day 3 without a/c. Even though we were suppose to receive service the day before the earliest we could receive a technician’s support was between 12:00 and 5:00.

Once again no contact with scheduling. At 6:00 PM we called the after hours service and the kind lady said we would still receive service that day.

We received a text message at 7:15 that the technician would arrive with the next “45 minutes”. We called again at 8:15 PM after waiting an hour when no none arrived. Yes, a technician was still in route.

Finally at 9:00 PM a technician arrive and worked on our unit for the next hour.

The technician did a great job. The scheduling department could use a brush up on courtesy and manners on updating customers of changes and delays in appointments.

Manny come out to service our AC system. We wanted our coils cleaned as before. Manny being a professional and caring stated that he couldn't clean the coils since our system was so old. At first I was not happy and called to speak to a supervisor. Meanwhile Manny did some magic and maintenance and that night our air was the coldest it has ever been!!! BUT since I did put in for a call to speak to a supervisor, first thing the next morning Mr. Aldrich was at my door and I have NEVER had that kind of service. WOW, he was there to see why I wasn't happy and I explained it was before Manny become the AC King and did something to make our air cold. I apologized for wasting his time and he took time to explain why the coils can't be cleaned. I again praised Manny to him and I thank Manny and DelAir so much. They will definitely be replacing my AC soon and I recommend all to request Manny!!!!!

I have been using Del-Air for years . You can call them 24 hrs a day and someone will respond.
I purchased an Infinity system which works fantastic while eliminating humidity. Eduardo ( ES-32) out of the Clermont office did probably the most thorough and professional maintenance on my unit today ever. He arrived right on time and I was very impressed with the service I received.

We had a new A/C system put in and everything went great they did a good job but when we want to use it it the A/C runs for a while but then stops and doesn't come back on . My husband called the first time and one of the guy's came out and was very pleasant and nice figured out what was wrong and said if it happens again it will have to be replaced. We'll it happened again and trying it get anyone out here has been a nightmare not only did my husband say the person he talked to seemed very short with him and was mad that he called. They said they would send someone out and they said they would be out in 30- 45 minutes and no one showed up and there is always someone at the house. I would say there customer service sucks and they have no problem blowing off a customer since they never called to say sorry we didn't make it out there can we reschedule.

Great service from DelAir tech was very efficient in doing his job. He was very pleasant and willing to explain everything he was doing. My AC is running much better since my service. Thanks Del Air for a great job 👍🏽.

It has been five days and I have made multiple phone calls requesting an update on my leaking evaporate coil repair job. Mr. Rozo, the kind and fantastic technician who came to my home on 4/27, informed me to call the office Friday morning to ensure that the part needed for the repair was ordered and enroute during the weekend. He informed me the repair would cost $1600, even though the part was under manufacturer warranty. He said the labor is about 3 hours long and he could do it for us. I paid $800 so that the part could be ordered immediately. I took his suggestion and called Friday morning and was informed that the parts department would contact me Friday afternoon. I was not contacted. In hindsight, I now understand why he was so adamant about me calling Friday morning....

I called again Monday morning and spoke with Karen. She was very kind and responsive, however, she asked to call me back later and eventually told me that the order and part would be expedited and I would receive a call back later that day. I heard nothing back.

Today, I called and spoke with a Evett. She told me that they won't start the order process until I sign paperwork that was emailed to me. I informed her that I have paid over $800 the day the technician came out to my home and I have not heard anything back from Del-air since I made the payment on Thursday afternoon, nor have a received any email communication besides the "receipt" from my payment. She called me back a little later and stated that the part will now be ordered after talking with an individual named Pat. She made it sound like Pat was going to be able to make the order now that the they realized I made a payment.

This is becoming incredibly frustrating. I was under the impression that the part would arrive Monday or Tuesday and that my A/C could be fixed by Wednesday or Thursday. I have paid half of the repair bill and have received zero communication and zero work started over a five day period.

Del-Air used to be a common A/C repair name in Seminole County, yet, every time I speak with someone about my situation, I hear nothing but complaints about their recent quality of work and ability to communicate with it's customers. It is a darn shame.

I felt that the prices were to high. Plus the salesman really did not explain alot of info about the different size of units and how they work. My unit is probably 25 or more years old. Things have changed in the industry. It was not until I got another quote the breakdown of a heating element. I really need a heat pump.Runs more efficient because I use my fireplace in the winter. Plus I need a dual stage 3.5 ton unit. Anyway Del Air has been around a long time. I just felt they are not the rt fit for me!

We had our unit give out on us right in the middle of summer with a newborn. Tony came out and quoted us and we were able to have a new unit installed in less than a week.

The techs were incredibly professional and their was was top quality. The new unit runs great and some nice savings on our electric bill as well.

We had our unit inspected by the city and everything was above board. I would recommend Del Air to anyone that needs a new unit or to have their unit serviced.

We've been using Delair for 17 years. They were the initial installers in our brand new 2006 Townhouse. They also installed a replacement unit in 2021. We've been happy with Delair over the past 17 years. They stand by their work. Extremely Professional. No complaints. Highly recommend. Eddie and Arlene, Lake Mary, Florida.

My landlord uses them and can't figure out why. They were beyond awful the first time they came here for maintenance, and the rep left a wire unplugged and claimed the system was broken when he showed up. Currently, I have been waiting for them to show up for two days. They apologize for not showing up and say they will be there tomorrow. Avoid fi you want a job done.
Update: On day three of waiting for them, they stopped apologizing. Now they don't show up.
