Annual AC maintenance. Chris did an amazing job. First time I feel I got my money's worth on AC labor. Cleaned EVERYTHING. Cleaned the coils with ZEP. Washed out the pan. Got everything -- did everything. Great work. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because I needed a new float switch and they wanted to charge me $200+ for it vs $15 on Amazon. I would have paid $40-50 because of the great service but 8-10 times? Sorry, no.

My builder used Delair to install the system in my house so I ended up going with them for maintenance.
Simply put, do not use them.
While the techs are very nice, the management is just terrible.
Getting someone to call you back takes 3-5 calls.
They sold me an annual maintenance contract and when time came for the second prepaid service, "oh sorry we sold you the wrong one that will be an extra $300". They did this to me 2 years in a row.
Then I had a motor go bad. No big deal, not their fault. They come out to replace the motor and in the process damage the fan. Took a month for someone to finally come back out and take a look at the fan, well that will be another $360 even though they damaged it during the install of the motor.
Total garbage and rude management.

We have always chosen to use Del-Air ever since we built our house 21 years ago.
It is their wonderful service technicians who make this company special.
This time, Manny came to our house and went through our entire system.
We are having issues with the thermostat and he installed one that was top-notch.
My wife likes to be in charge of the thermostat and our house temperatures.

my ac was not cooling, I called to have my unit checked. They were very quick to respond! had many time options for appointments! and where able to arrive early! our tech Anthony started quickly and found the problems and was able to fix them! he was very professional, took time to explain everything that was changed and recommendations for the future. thank you for a great experience!!!!!

Over the years I’ve called, the Del Air phone system experience does not help their business and is not nearly as good as the service technicians. For example the phones usually don’t get answered quick enough (you can be on hold for many many minutes), scheduling ac visits is error prone and our dispatcher Justeen today was short and unapologetic handling someone else’s prior service failure.

Del air should make sure their vehicle drivers know the rules of the road. The attached picture shows just how close the driver of this van came to causing an accident. The van in question was in the left thru traffic lane on 434 and I was in the turn lane waiting to enter the 417 expressway. The driver of the van crosses the solid white line, no turn signal, just merges over while lookin g back at me from the left rear view mirror..had I not slammed on my brakes, he would have hit me. I called their dispatch and filed a complaint, to which no one called me back.

Worse customer service ever!!! Techs came and inspected AC unit on tuesday evening they found the problem and gave an estimate of cost of labor to replace damaged part however, when I called service department to schedule work order and parts they informed me that I had to wait for them to call me back to receive payment over the phone and order part. Today friday June 30th I'm still waiting for them to return my call to make repairs. I guess they're not to worried about single family homes and just concentrate on big contract for business. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

The girl who helped us last night was super friendly and helped us a lot and technician was good and helpful but we don't understand why after less then 4 months of maintenance from your company, the a/c shut off. Apparently, it wasn't cleaned well enough. We've been with your company for a long time and don't feel that eas good service.

I was starting to have some problems with out HVAC unit. We moved into our house a little over a year and a half ago, but I knew that the unit was 20 years old. The representatives that came for my semi-annual maintenance visit (Kieran and Mike) were honest about what problems were starting to occur. Although the unit was not "broken" yet, they showed me what was causing the recent leaks, etc. They did not try to "sell me a new unit," but were open about my future options (after I asked). We explored those options together, and I decided to replace the old unit now (along with the 20-year-old water heater), rather than waiting for the obsolete equipment to die. They presented several options to me, and applied discounts where possible. The agreement we made yesterday evening was followed up by the arrival of a team this morning that removed the old equipment and installed a new "eco-friendly" solution (as agreed upon last night). I was very pleased with the information/options that were given to me, and also with the quick response to minimize our "down time." So far, so good on the installation -- it should be complete in an hour or so.
I am a big fan (no pun intended) of the company that provided such dedicated people to help me out. And they managed to save me some bucks in the process! Thank you, Del-Air (and especially Mike and Kieran)!

There is no better company to install your A/C. We had bought a home with a 23 year old 1 stage Lennox that was still going strong! But we knew it was time! Our salesman. Patrick was no pressure, no fluff and answered all of questions. He knew his stuff! They were on time and professional. We had no issues at all. Done in a day! We know AC because I was a commercial pm and my husband know plumbing and AC. They installed our original so we trust them. Simply THE BEST!
