Just had our Heat Pump serviced due to a drain issue. The Service Technician (Dante) not only fixed the drain issue but conducted a thorough system check of both our units and explained what he was doing every step of the way and offered advice and knowledge we were not aware of previously. It was a very professional, informative, and pleasant experience with Dante!

WORST EVER WARRANTY IN THE WORLD!!! Del Air installed a new 4 Ton Lennox A/C two years ago in my house. A month ago, the evaporator motor stopped working. Called Del Air on 1/12/23, they came to diagnose the motor being bad on 1/14/23 and charged me $119.00. The "warranty" only covers labor, not parts, so they quoted $811.00 to repair the unit. I requested some consideration as it was a 2 year old unit, but they could not. Therefore, I requested the unit be repaired. Here is where the initial annoyance of having to pay so much to repair a new unit became a nightmare. Del Air has not been able to repair the unit. They have been over my hose five different times and today is 2/8/23 and they still have the motor in "back order" with no estimated time of arrival. During this time, it has been long waiting hours on the phone to be answered for dozen of phone calls, returned calls, visits to my house with repair parts that do not fit my unit, waiting for another appointment days later, yet having the wrong repair pairt again or no part!!! Yes, it is unbelievable that they can continue making mistakes, and their supervisors do not return calls, nor schedule future appointments to fix their mistakes. Instead, I have to call and be on wait for half an hour to explain the situation to someone AGAIN, and then, be schedule for a failure service. The worse problem, I cannot use anyone else to repair my unit or else, I void the warranty. ONLY DEL AIR can work in my warranted unit, yet they do not call me anymore, nor fix my unit. This is the WORST customer service I have ever had in my life. I would NEVER purchase a product from Del Air again!

Everyone that I interacted with was amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful to get a new AC unit in place within 24 hours of mine breaking. Pricing was upfront and honest. No additional fees. Service was quick and professional. Everyone at Del Air made an incredibly stressful situation so easy! Will absolutely be using them again!

Chris came out to perform maintenance on our AC and was great. Took the time to explain what he was doing and what we should do to maintain our system between services. Explained products that would help us in the future and wasn't pushy about them. Great overall experience.

New AC sales specialist was very knowledgeable and reliable but people who installing new AC was not professional at all. They damage my ceiling while they expending duck work size one of my room. Also, I had an appointment today for service call, the technician didn't show up. I made that appointment 2 days ago and I had to wait whole day wait for him. I even called and confirmed the appointment. I couldn't reschedule the time that I want even though it's not my fault. She has no patience and rude.
So disappointing and unprofessional.

We had some challenging issues getting parts we needed for our system to stop tripping our breaker and stop running. Once Marty got involved, our system was fixed as quickly as possible. He not only did the research locating the hard to find matching part, but also expedited the installation of the part once delivered so we weren’t having to wait any further for our AC system to work properly. Additionally, a week later we had a glitch with the system. Marty again expedited our service call to make sure we were up and running. Del-Air, having employees like Marty are why I am now a faithful customer of our their service. I was compelled to write this review as we never take the time to appreciate individuals whom make that extra effort. Marty of Del-Air gets my five star review.

I called Del Air who installed new AC for builder, unit is under warranty for parts. Sent a tech out who said txv valve was bad. He was talking on phone with girlfriend while he diagnosed it. Did not have part on truck, even though he never looked on the truck. He said he would have it marked urgent and be back Monday. I felt uneasy about the whole situation so I called Del Air again. I was told tech closed the ticket out. The office lady rescheduled the repair for Monday between 8-12. No one ever showed up. No call backs. Not even sure it was diagnosed correctly. After many calls, I was informed it would be 1000.00 plus just for labor and be another 3 days. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional.

3 year old central air system installed by Del Air stopped cooling and I called DelAir for repair a visit. They were able to visit the following day. Very professional. Visit lasted about 40 minutes. They replaced a capacitor - later I checked on line and it is a commonly available part, costs around $20. Charged me $99 for the visit and over $200 for the part replacement. A/C now working again. Good, but……. Considering part cost less then $20 I thought that over $200 for replacement (over 900% markup) was way too much.

Del Air is great. Super professional. Excellent quality. It took ages to get someone out for our maintenance contract following installation. With that said, Florida is under a heat dome. There is a severe labor shortage, and there are plenty of folks having actual cooling issues that take precedent to our "service call". Despite all that. Our tech was out on the scheduled day, working well past normal business hours. She was great. And you gotta be grateful to a service provider like that. Especially in this day and age.

My fathers AC was on the fritz and we called for service, the technician (Noah) was very professional and knowledgeable and explained in terms we could understand. Del Air was reasonable in price,
professional and got the job done in a timely manner and got it done right! I wouldn't let anyone else work on my system and I recommend
them to anyone and everyone that has
Heating and/or Air Conditioning problems.
You will not regret calling these guys!
