The AC in my rental house went out on a Friday night in June. On Saturday, with my tenants sweltering, I called Edwin at 1:30 pm. The air was working again by 3 pm.

Unlike the other AC contractors I called (and the guy I had been using for 5 years) Edwin is willing to take on the small jobs. Everyone else wanted to sell me a new system. With R-22 banned and expensive, he also offers alternative refrigerants to save money on those repairs.

My air handler stopped work And I’m retired air conditioning service repairman unfortunately I’m unable to get to my air handler located in the attic ( age ) so I called True Temp. I never told them what I had done for a living just to see once they were here how honest they would be, ive heard of horror stories and people getting ripped of from A/C companies. I kinda knew what the issue was with my air handler, it smelled like the motor had burnt out. Anyway they went up and came back down and told me exactly what I thought it was and gave me a fair price to replace the motor. I know my way around the A/C business and these guy’s are good - fair and honest.
And that’s coming from a retired a/c repairman with over 35 years in the business. I finally told them what I had done for a living and we laughed and talked about the business

The technicians showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They did a great job of explaining what the issues were and how to correct them. The HVAC system is back up and running! I will definitely use them in the future! Thanks True Temp!

Edwin came out as soon as we called him. He was honest about our problem and the cost was reasonable. He gave us tips on how to prevent issues and taught us how to do some self-maintenance that we do every month. Will recommend to all of my friends!
