Kimberly set up the appointment and also confirmed the day before. Edwin came yesterday to do a maintenance on our air conditioning and heating unit. True Temp is amazing!! I had a problem with my air conditioner not cooling down, so I called True Temp and was able to schedule an appointment right away! They provide the upmost service! The tech who came to my house was professional and knew exactly how to help. He also explained everything in detail of what needed to be done in order for it to be fixed! True temp is very easy and pleasurable to work with . From the initial phone call with Kim to schedule the service call , to meeting Edwin . The other A/C company that came out told me A/C unit outside was shot and needed to be replaced . When Edwin arrived and did his diagnosis. He informed me that I only needed a new condenser fan motor . So my total bill with Edwin was under $400 as campared to the other A/C company wanted to charge me close to 2000 for a new condenser.
