The Long Review: We live in a "tough house" for HVAC, 1886 Carriage home that I hesitated to install AC until I knew we had a design nailed. I'm a Civil Engineer, and intimately understand the challenges of cooling this space. ProCalcs nailed it, and not because their designs were perfect but because they were willing to work closely with me and make revisions based on my knowledge of the home. At times they took them, and other times they suggested alternatives that were frankly often better than what I proposed. Going in I was skeptical I'd be able to work closely with the tram, but the communication and attention to detail were impressive and what leads me to such a glowing review. My only regret is not engaging with them sooner, so I could have drawings and detailed designs ready for contractors to review (instead of suffering through a few bumbling contractors trying to quote an AC install...which was a big waste of time without a detailed design).

1 Procalcs design with 6 pages of detailed drawings and 30+ pages outlining load calcs, plus 3 outdoor units, 4 indoor units, and 8 tons of AC later, I'd gladly recommend ProCalcs to any engineer, architect or home owner that wants to get top notch design independent of their installing contractor.

As a designer, I enlisted the team at Pro Calcs to consult on the HVAC Design for a project that expanded my scope of responsibility, and they did a great job. They were collaborative, responsive and timely. I will absolutely use them again in the future!
