Used ProCalcs to design the HVAC system for a new residential build. They responded quickly to my web inquiry and let me know what the process would be like. I liked what I heard and thought the pricing structure was very reasonable. I engaged them for the project and it was a smooth and quick process. They did what so many businesses fail at.....they ACUATLLY DID what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I got professional service and professional and detailed documents. ProCalcs LLC is the best. They work as hard as you do and actually care about your project. They are not your typical engineer or architect who gives you incomplete drawings just to get paid. They actually try to pass plan review the first time! And I have always received my permits without needing resubmittals from ProCalcs. That saves me time and money. Use them! You will not be disappointed.

Could not recommend this company and their staff more. Response time , prompt communications , and professional work . while Tom was excellent at the initial phase and overall supervision, Richard was excellent in developing the overall design and specification of an elaborate new HVAC system and followed my guidelines and parameters to the T !! I wouldnt hesitate to work with Procalc again.

I have worked with ProCalcs on multiple projects over the past couple of years, both Residential and Commercial. The staff is always Courteous, Professional, and Knowledgeable. Their work is always Excellent as they use the most up to date software in the industry. They are very good at helping the client make decisions that best fit your project and your budget. Their rates are fair and in-line with the industry. They are a "good value" considering the quality of their service.

It seems that no project is to great or to small for them as I have received services on various projects spanning from very small residential additions to commercial building projects using multiple HVAC systems.

Last but not least, I greatly appreciate the ability to transact each project electronically. Everything is based on exchange of information by email, even the billing. This makes things very easy for the way my business is structured. We talk on the phone occasionally if there are issues to discuss about the project, which is always followed up by an email...

Wow! I am a homeowner trying to get a head start on permitting and builder quotes. ProCalcs was recommended by my architect. Not sure exactly what I expected, but EVERY person I dealt with (3-4) was super communicative, quick to reply, knowledgeable, and friendly. Scott went way above and beyond by actually calling another company to find out my options for a future wine cellar I wanted to put in. These guys are awesome! I feel confident that my house was engineered right from an HVAC standpoint.

Just finished a sizable commercial project with ProCalcs. I was assigned Zac as my liaison. He was excellent to work with and his drawings were spot on. We had to make adjustments a couple of times through the process and he was right on it and got it right back to me. Highly recommend. RAN
