Pride Air Conditioning of Port St Lucie

Pride Air Conditioning was recommended to my by my brother in law after Esteban was able to provide a simple repair and recharge instead of fully replacing the system as 2 prior companies suggested ( that was a year ago and its still working). So when i had an issue i knew who to call. I wasn't sure about repair vs replace as my issue was a bit more involved and Pride was able to keep my system going until i could decide. Once i chose a new system Esteban gave me several options to choose from for the best value and cost for my budget ( wonderful warranties and rebates were available). Installation was done on time and professionally- with a followup a couple of days later to ensure everything was running well. I also took advantage of the service option offered in January and got the 2 years for the price of 1year!

It was a pleasure working with Esteban. I was especially impressed with his involvement in all phases of the job.

Called and they were at the door within 30 minutes. Straightforward, knowledgeable, professional and fast. Replaced my part to get my compressor up and running. Pricing was up front and honest and i didn’t feel pressured at all. Will definitely be recommending and saving their number for the future.

Had such awesome service from the first phone call to follow up after installation.
So professional, respectful and informative of what was happening and what does what. We were very pleased and really surprised for now adays you dont usually get great customer service from initial phone request to installation.

I used pride air too replace my old ac, Esteban M. was amazing with finding the ac I wanted and the price was good and offered a few extra treats to sweeten the deal. Pride came on time delivered as promise even working around my busy schedule. Steve was helpful and took time out to answer questions and any concerns I might have had. I was a little skeptic when I found them on Facebook. I was just about to pay another company 1000 more bucks for the same job. I'm completely happy with my new ac and I would definitly recommend pride ac. to any one in the St. Lucie area!

I received several estimates from other local air conditioning companies, but Pride met their prices on the entire air conditioning replacement. When I called Esteban came over and explained different brands and their warranties, which was very important to me. After my decision was met I called Esteban back and we scheduled the installation for a time that was convenient with me. The unit was installed and the inspection went perfect. I call several different companies and contacted Pride AC services after there normal work hours there services call was very reasonable
and the technician Mr. Esteban was very knowledgeable and inform me on my unit . the next day he follow up with a call to make sure everything
was running fine. also a couple days later MR. Esteban follow up with a complete system check. Outstanding !!!

Esteban is amazing. He was on time and very professional. Being a first time home owner I didn't know what to expect especially after calling around to other company's with high rates and a no show...Esteban far exceeded my expectations. He did an excellent job at cleaning, repairing, and fixing my AC. The price was very reasonable. I will be using them for all my AC needs to come.

I had a very positive experience with Pride. I had an odor in my system coming from Biological growth material. Pride was my 3rd estimate for this job and believe me when I tell you that I had crazy estimates from new vent to duct work estimating up to 2 thousand bucks. Pride cleaned my air handler coils for less than 2 hundred dollars and my air quality is great! In addition Estafan took time to check my outdoor equipment and taught me how to properly take care of my unit. I am so grateful to have found Pride, they are my go to now for my AC needs! I recommend them, try them out , I think you will be glad you did for not only are they honest good peeps, prices are competitive too!

This Price A/C was the third AC company I called. I have already spent 800 dollars and still had a busted AC, it was only 2 years old. I thought I shouldn't have any major problems with it. I felt like I had been scammed by the other companies and became skeptical of the others. Eventually I called Pride, Esteban came out was professional and honest. He located the issue right away and provided actual customer service. I will always call Pride in the future. Because of the dishonesty and crooked ways of the first 2 companies I don't think I will trust anyone else beside Pride.
