David did a great job ... answered all my questions and was very professional! Will definitely request him for future a/c maintenance calls.

The technician was polite, prompt and professional. However the cost to pull and reset was $275.60. ( the toilet was already pulled 🤔) and another $323.20 for flange and 4” slip. Mighty pricey business.

Chad did a great job -- I had questions about best way to save on my electric bill and he very carefully explained everything to me -- even to the point of reviewing costs shown on current and past FPL invoices. He did a thorough check on both my main a/c system and the air conditioning unit in our garage. Extremely pleased with his work and his outstanding service.
Miranda is an excellent company to work with and I would recommend them to others. All of their staff, including both the service and office staff members, know the meaning of "customer service" -- they are one of the very best that I have encountered in that area. They are reliable, trustworthy and efficient to name just a few of their strong points.

We had Steven for our plumbing problem he was super quick with our simple fix, and Chad for our AC he was awesome! Thoroughly explained everything he did and was super polite, we will continue to use Miranda!

Cody and Raheem were very pleasant, courteous, and very capable. They did an excellent job replacing my AC unit. I couldn’t have asked for more. And they cleaned up completely upon completion of the job. I am very HAPPY!!!!!

Pedro was my technician & I will not be able to fit all of the POSITIVE thoughts on my family’s experience in this review. He was on time, professional, patient and informative with me regarding repairs and the new water heater. He cleaned up after his work, and very patient with my youngest child who has no concept of personal space. Everything is working very well. I am 100% satisfied with my experience and plan to refer others who need plumbing/AC work to this company. Bonus: Pedro had everything he needed to complete all of the needs of this visit.

The plumber Pedro who came out along with his assistant was very professional and very neat and tidy. All I have to do is clean up the residual water that was in the carpet prior to their arrival. If I could give 10 Stars I would. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing and air conditioning needs.
