MD Air Conditioning and Heating

My appologies for the late response. My old ac unit went out over the weekend late summer of 2022. We had an issue with our old ac unit, that it wasn't getting cold at all so; before we've tried a different company and it failed. My husband came across MD air conditioning and he called, his name is Mark. Mark came and seen my AC unit, on that same day he installed a temperary piece to connect to my old ac unit to cool off the house until we get a brand new ac system. Mark went out of his way by giving us call the next day to see how we're coping up with the ac temperture, and also; mentioned that we were expected to have the ac unit to arrive by Monday morning. Monday morning came, Mark and his team were on time, extremely professional and helpful. If you have an AC issue use this company, it's highly recommended. If you have a problem with your ac, call Mark from MD air conditioning!

What can I say about Mark , one of the best ac technicians in the field, I've known him for many years and has always gone above and beyond for me, and not just me, he does with all of his customers.I called him today and he came right out, diagnosed it and fixed a pretty big problem in a couple hours, thats that 32 years of experience shining through. I am an auto technician so I know how difficult this work can be but he makes it look easy and we all know it isn't. Great guy great company, I would highly recommend him.
