Called Gary during evening hours to advise him of our AC not working. He arrived the next day to fix our AC. Gary is reliable, professional and honest. Provided excellent service with transparency!!! We have utilized his service since we purchased our home in 2006, he never disappoints! Gary, thank you for treating us like family and assisting us during our time of need. The service was impeccable. Gary came out same day when my AC stopped working and was able to get it up and running. Not only that but we decided to use keep it cool LLC to replace our AC due to the age and could not be happier! It was Our first day in florida and our new home had no AC. Called gary and he answered right away, it was after 6pm on a friday when normally a few companies will answer or make a effort to help, he was in our home within an hour to fix the issue (thermostat).
