I am very happy with the Technician at Comfort Experts, I normally request Tim, he is very professional, and explains things simply. He has a wealth of knowledge and is always on-time. I have had my issues with the girls in the office and numerous calls to schedule yearly maintenance, even after, it was just done. I am now on a contract, and those calls have stopped. Thank God.

I have been using Comfort Experts as my heating and cooling systems company for many years and have never had a bad experience with them. They are very professional and the service they provide is outstanding. From the moment they answer the phone, the office is polite and understanding and the service technicians are professional and respectful to me and my property. The service is performed on a timely basis and when they are finished my home is in a better state then before they came. Everything is always explained in full and if replacement parts are required all my options are given so I can make a decision that best meets my expectations and budget. Daniel did a great job and they always go above and beyond to get your A/C fixed up and running so quick. We've been using them for years now and are extremely happy with service.

My last HVAC system was apparently installed by the Three Stooges. After only 2 years problems started occurring. We tried fixing the many issues numerous times until the total of repairs outpaced original price. House was still warm and uncomfortable on even mild days.
We finally decided to bite the bullet, and do a complete tearout of the 5 year old system, and replace it with a quality system installed by a qualified organization.
Comfort Experts did an outstanding job. Inside and outside units appear robust and work perfectly. They were installed when and as promised. Worksite was clean and orderly when they finished. Ten year warranty on parts and labor will allow us to finally relax and enjoy our home.

Logan arrived very promptly and conducted the service call in a timely manner. He gave his findings and recommendations in a very professional manner without any pressure or use scare tactics for additional services. He is a great representative of the company.

Daniel and his co-worker Brandon arrived on time. Daniel was also training Brandon on this job and made sure Brandon understood all aspects of the work he was asked to do. Both were professional in their work and made sure they cleaned up after themselves.
Daniel had other maintenance to complete and did not leave until he was certain the system was working properly.
