Excellent Service. Got to the problem in a few minutes. Corrected it in a flash. System working perfectly now. Chris the technician explained the problem in detail and was very knowledgeable. He is a very friendly person and is an asset to Air Systems of Daytona. I highly recommend this company. Very easy company to deal with. Excellent Office staff as well.
The office staff was absolutely fantastic! Chris was very professional and polite and positive! Was able to diagnose the problem and provide a realistic solution and was able to act on it right away. The whole experience from phone call to service was amazing! Highly recommend!
I'm an architect. I deal with a lot of contractors. I like these guys. I get text updates when they are on their way. They are ALWAYS on time. Most contractors are either late or don't even show up. These guys are very professional. I've given them a yearly maintenance contract to do the standard servicing of the roof units. Twice a year they check the refrigerant levels, flush the condensate drain and pump, etc...They just finished some repair work on my roof unit so I could squeeze another 3 or 4 years out my unit before needing replacement. They are top notch. Colleen the office manager is a pleasure. She quickly got me estimates for repairing the unit, outright replacement with standard unit, and a price for a Coastal salt resistant rated unit.
A/C system stopped working. I contacted them and they sent a tech out. He was there for less than 15 minutes and said the condenser fan was bad. They charged $175 for the 15 minutes visit, despite having a service contract with them. Worse yet, they quoted $900 for a new motor which I approved. Then they said they quoted the wrong part and the correct part was $2437.50. That is ridiculous high for a fan motor. I called elsewhere and found the OEM part for under $700 at several other supply houses. They refused to install the part unless I purchased it from them at a 300% markup. They obviously take advantage of their customers. Beware!
AC went out and called Air Systems. Had a great response, came out quickly to assess and order parts. Back up and running as quickly as they could get parts. Really appreciate the customer service from all three people I dealt with. Can't give any higher recommendation. Thanks!
