I called on a weekend and got a quick and prompt service appointment. Fortunately my problem was minor, and the bill was affordable. The serviceman was very polite, which, as a woman, is important to me. I asked about their bad review, and was told it was about a former owner who sold them the business before becoming incarcerated. Anyway, I love Love's...lol.

Came promptly and took care of my A/C unit, which wouldn't start up for some reason this weekend. Definitely affordable, prompt service, what more could you ask for on a 4th of july weekend? My thanks.

Worst company in Polk county after walk in there provide all my information the lady in the front lost all the time can't get it right lost multiple appointments poor communication no ethics not recommend anyone making business with this company
