Florida's Coolest Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc.

We were about 3 hours from home on our way back from a camping trip when we were informed our AC was broken. We called and asked for someone to come out and we got a call back about 90 minutes later saying everything was fixed and they’d invoice us. They were so responsive and quick and we are grateful to have come home to a cold house after camping in the heat for five days. Thank you!!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by Florida’s Coolest Air Conditioning. They said we would be contacted when the person was on his way. Dylan, the service person, called to ask if he could come a few minutes early. He thoroughly went over our AC unit and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything we needed to know about today.

Best company I ever had the pleasure to have hire!! They are very professional on every level.Don’t try to sale stuff that is not needed!!
Called them they was at my house the time they said the same day I called look at what’s was needed, made a plan to come next day to do the job! They came as said did the job as plannned. If you ever need a Ac company this would be the company to call.

If I could I would give them 10 times five stars! My AC went out in the middle of the night last night. I had posted a cry for help and by early morning the owner reached out to me and got someone out here by 9:00 a.m.. Dylan came out, and as the owner was, was very professional knowledgeable and reasonable! I can't say enough wonderful things about them! I definitely recommend them!

Dillon and Chris did am awesome job taking care of our air conditioning maintenance. They were efficient, on-time (called to see if they could come a little relief), courteous and I honestly couldn’t thing if any other company I would use. Oh, and they were honest and didn’t pride gauge us! A+++ rating.

This company is awesome! Our AC broke down on a Friday night of a long weekend, a very very hot long weekend. I called Robert, he said he knew exactly what the problem was (over the phone)… was at our home within 15 minutes and fixed it. Incredible service!!!

They kept me notified of my appointment even letting me know when my tech was in route. They explained everything they did in a way that I could understand. My tech was very professional and polite. I would recommend Florida’s Coolest for any AC work.
