Pat has been servicing my units for years. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable at what he does, he explains things very well, so you understand what is wrong. He is extremely fair and honest as well. I’ve dealt with many people that try to rip you off, and he is the exact opposite. Never once felt any pressure to get or buy anything that was not needed. As long as Pat is doing HVAC, there is no one else that I would Recommend or allow to get near my unit.

We had water leaking out of our ceiling from our A/C unit in our guest bathroom and Pat showed up within an hour of receiving the call to the repair request. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and took the time to repair the drain line in a professional and timely manner. Pat is both an exceptional HVAC master technician and an excellent contractor in general. I purchased a large new home and there were numerous issues that had to be addressed after I closed.
