Appointment was set for 1-3pm …. He arrived very close to 1 pm which was so appreciated as we had only hot air blowing through the house !!
Was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. Explained problem , replaced part needed . All work done outside, but at my request examined unit inside . Very easy to work with and answered any questions I had .
Have been clients of Quality First Air for many years and am very happy with their office response and quality of work.

I called Quality First after my AC stopped working and my usual company wasn’t sure if they could get someone out the same day. I was immediately impressed by how helpful Ellena was on the phone. They were able to have a technician (Cameron) come out quickly, they verified my parts warranty, and were very knowledgeable. Price was fair and job was done well. They will be my new go to!

Quality 1st did a great job on the install on my new AC unit. They are very clean and make sure everything is perfect before they are done. Very responsive on calls and setting up an appointment. I highly recommend!!

My drain line was clogged and the technician cleared it out. He ws here about 15 minutes and Ithought the $174.00 charge was a bit much. They also don't give s senior discount.
