I thought you said he had a standard filter on the truck but he didn't and couldn't change 1 filter.

They are the worst. Installed a new air conditioner in my attic and left a big space and put a shirt in the space. We were air conditioning the attic. Came out many times and said that it was hot out and that's why the air conditioner didn't work. They also dipped the air conditioning pan in the attic of our second air conditioner to tell us that it wasn't working so we would order a new conditioner. That was 2 years ago, air conditioner still working beautifully. We had another company come out and that's how we found out what they did. They are rip offs. Beware!!
