These guys are very professional and courteous. Their office called ahead to confirm appointment and gave me a 1 hour window. The technician was very friendly, explained everything and wore a mask before entering my home. I would recommend you use the bi-annual maintenance plan. It’s affordable and you get peace of mind that your HVAC is in top shape.

Please take your business else where, These people are Very dishonest, Couldn’t be more dissapointed with their service. They lie to your to try to get you to spend more money on new unit, They purposely break things so you have no choice but to replace the unit rather than fixing it, Telling me I need a motor replaced on my system when I literally just replaced it. Said it was leaking oil They literally put a greese on the side of the motor and said it was leaking from the motor to try and get me to spend 1800 for a 200 motor I just replaced for 500.
They recommended the entire system be replaced. How do you guys sleep at night knowing all your doing is ripping off customers.

Had a full HVAC system installed in 2020 by this company. They gave us a very competitive price on a Carrier system. We have carried an annual maintenance contract with them since, it ensures our 10 year warranty stays in check. The maintenance contract works wonderfully for us, the annual cost is cheaper than 2 separate check ups and we get twice a year check ups included in the cost. One afternoon in the heat of the summer we had a capacitor go out, the tech was there in a matter of hours. he replaced the part all at no cost to us

The AC maintenance was quick and the gentleman seemed very knowledgeable.
Update: the team did come back and double check the unit. That’s how you keep great customer service

OR’s price was lower than all other vendors by a lot. He was on time, professional and he took care of everything including permit application. We discovered during installation there was an electrical breaker issue but he did not make a big deal and offered to help. The installation went without a problem. I will be using him again for my second AC replacement.

Or and his team at AC ALL STARS are amazing! I manage properties for investors and they are the ONLY a/c company that I will use. Professional, on time, and EXTREMELY fairly priced. They have done everything from yearly servicing/maintenance, repairs, and new installation. I recommend them to anyone that I know and if you are looking for a great a/c company, look no further!!!!!

Seemed to be nice ..very polite and clean. . they said my AC coils could not be cleaned . The quote for a full system was good $4000. Got a second diagnosis and they cleaned the coils ... system works Fine.

My AC went out at 6 PM. I googled AC repair and came across AC All Stars. I spoke with Or. he was extremely professional and polite. He came to my home at 7:30 PM and stayed until he made sure my AC was working. He made suggestions and advise me of a lot things I was not aware of. If it wasn’t for him I would not have known my AC was still under warranty. I would highly recommend this company for their honesty, friendliness and good work!!
