This company was great. Our a/c went out recently, on a Sunday, so we called around to get prices for a new system. Some didn't even return our calls but Carlos, the owner, contacted us immediately and was at our house first thing Monday morning. Not only did he give us the lowest quote, he scheduled the job for the following morning. Carlos and his guys were prompt, efficient, fast and courteous. They had our new system up and running in no time. We would definitely use Central Air Solutions again and we highly recommend them.

One fateful Saturday afternoon my a/c was blowing hot air & through Yelp I requested quotes for repair. Central Air Solutions responded by email to advise me of free estimate offer & that they can come out the next day (Sunday) at 8AM. Carlos was on time, professional, and kept me informed of repair process at each step of the way. I really appreciated him coming out the next day & providing good service. I will not hesitate to use Central Air Solutions in the future.

Central Air Solutions was recommended to me by my close friend who is a police officer. Central Air Solutions did a fantastic job installing my Rheem 3 ton unit. Carlos and his team were able to remove the old unit, haul it away and install the new unit before 4 PM the same day (His team got there at 9am). Carlos installed the inside and outside unit without issues. He cleaned up any remaining construction junk right away. Carlos also took the time to explain the maintenance requirements, operating instructions and he asked me several times if I had any questions.

By the way, did I say that the price of the price of the unit and installation was very reasonable. I had been shopping for a new system for a while and when he told me the price I was very happy. I am not an easy sell.

Just wanted to add that I had a question about the unit not cooling a few months after the installation so I called him. He was at my house within the hour. He was able to diagnose the problem right away. It was a maintenance issue that I had not attended to. It was my fault. The AC was working perfectly. He told me what to do to avoid the issue in the future. I took valuable time from his schedule but he was kind enough not to charge me anything for me not doing what I was supposed to do. All I can say is that Central Air Solutions is very professional. Central Air Solutions is my GO TO AC company. I have no problems recommending this company to my family and friends.
