Airtopia has been servicing my AC for 3 years, and Dale is always prompt, professional and fair in pricing.

Having read some of the reviews below I am sensing that some folks have unrealistic expectations for pricing and HVAC diagnosis efforts.

Dale and Airtopia are highly recommended; my central air conditioning is always working and always cold, Dale always shows up. Thats what matter most!

It was around midnight, we called several AC companies as we had a problem with our air conditioning indoor unit. Dale was responsive and called us back immediately which I appreciated. (Other companies called us back 8+ hours later) He is very responsive and I appreciate the work he did. Overall good experience and I liked the fact he was very responsive and honest.

Dale is great. He repaired my A/C right away and found ways to save me money. You can tell he is passionate about his work.

I have used Airtopia for a few years. Always comes as soon as possible. Does not do unnecessary work. Charges are always fair. Has my highest recommendation!

My ac stopped working at 2 am and Airtopia was the only company willing to fix my problem at that time. Airtopia is a 24 hour service as advertised. Indeed, Dale is a true experienced and knowledgeable professional and was able to fix my problem within 30 minutes. I wouldn't call anyone else and I am happy to know that I could count on Airtopia to take care of my AC needs
at any time.

I normally never write reviews, but felt if I could avoid one person from dealing with the same thing, then it was worth the time writing it. This job was for a full 2 piece, 5-ton unit replacement quote. Dale is very inconsiderate of your time and has poor business organizational skills. I called Airtopia two days in advance (10/1/19, 10/2/19) to verify our 8:00am appointment on 10/3/19. The reason I called twice is because I would be missing a couple of hours of work/pay. 8am comes on 10/3/19 and Dale never calls or arrives. I call him about 8:15am and he said that he forgot we had an appointment...asks if we could reschedule. I think rescheduling would not be a good idea. If he forgets about you before the job, can you imagine calling for warranty issues. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! Do whatever you think makes sense, but I would say you can find someone else that will respect your time, money and business, like I have. At the very least, he should've called if he couldn't make it to a scheduled appointment. Then again......he forgets about his customers......remember ;-)

I was very fortunate to find Dale a genuine and honest air-conditioning technician who can be there for you at the drop of a dime and won't quit til you're job is done!

I called Airtopia as a second opinion after being told that I needed over $3000 in repairs for a broken compressor or $6400 to buy a new ac system. All hog wash!! Dale from Airtopia came out and looked at my unit and diagnosed the issue immediately as a bad capacitor and replaced it it 15 minutes and I had cool air flowing in my home. Don’t be fooled by the sales force of AC companies out there trying to sell you a system you may not need! Dale is awesome and honest. I felt like he was treating me like family and not giving me a load of lies to sell me something I didn’t need. I will be using him again and highly recommend calling him first!!

I have been using Airtopia Inc for all my a/c needs for about a year. They are always on time and have great service. I don’t need to wait for days like with my prior a/c company for them to come and they do a great job at a reasonable price. You should give them a try. I am very satisfied.
