They replaced the old air conditioner with a new one. The old one worked in manual mode at 3 speeds. The new one has only one auto mode with 1 speed, which is very noisy. Found this problem after installation. They reported this problem, the master arrived and said that he would not do this, they would contact you in the near future from the office to solve the problem. Joseph arrived within the time window specified and quickly identified the issue as a clogged drip tube. After clearing the drip tube he verified that the A/C system was working properly.
