EVERYONE was kind and professional. What I like most is regardless of how complicated the issue may be, they stick it out and get to the root of the problem and fix the root of the problem. Companies in the past have just thrown up their hands in frustration and told me they can’t figure it out. FONZ thus far has figured everything out that I’d ever had an issue with.
