Have used Mike Morello for several years now and just moved in our new house of which Morello is sub-contractor for the AC. We are happy as we called for a quick check on our thermostat and responded quickly as usual. Great they are involved with our new house.

Great AC place that I have dealt with. Very polite people on the phone when needed to ask questions and came straight out when there was a problem.

I called Mike Morello to get an estimate on changing out an air conditioning system in our condo in Palm Coast. Our almost 14 year old system had stopped working. David came out and was a major reason why I decided to go with Mike Morello. He is a super nice guy who knows what he's talking about as he is a service technician as well. He gave me a very reasonable estimate that was $300- $500 lower than the other two estimates I had received. David also was able to get our old system working until the install date. The day of the install came & Cameron, Danny & Chase arrived on time and did a great job in less than 5 hours. You could tell they were all very competent and conscientious. I highly recommend Mike Morello.

Excellent service, and I love getting my reminder phone call. Chris was my guy and he is wonderful and taught me a lot. I definitely would recommend Mike Morello to anyone who lives in Florida!

I got several quotes on comparable heat pump replacements and assessment of my current HVAC that was at end of life. Jack explained the issues with current system better than either of the other two companies that came out. I got estimates on comparable systems from two other companies and MMI beat their estimates by about 20%. Cameron, Sai and Rob arrived at my house the next day at the exact minute Jamie said they would be there. Everything they needed was on the truck. They prepped the work area perfectly and did a professional installation including removal of my old unit - all in about 4 hours. The new system works flawlessly, no complaints at all! Thanks

Impressed!, from the first call, the quote process and the install. Mike Morello installed the original system back in 1987 and replaced it with a brand new Carrier system.

I have been a customer of Mike Morello for years. It all ended with their maintenance agreement. Because I was a month behind scheduling my maintenance, they cancelled my agreement. I cannot believe they would treat a long time customer like this. I bought and had them install the entire carrier unit and in good faith, kept up with the twice a year tune up. I am done. Very disheartening.

I called and sent in plans for a commercial HVAC unit for a project in Palm Coast. The plans were taken in and turned over supposedly a commercial projects estimator. After 3 days I followed up on the quote and was told that they were not interested in bidding the job. No phone call, email or anything else just not interested. I would never call a company or trust a company that doesn't have time to pick up the phone and say sorry we are not interested in bidding this job. Very poor business practice. I can just imagine what the work quality is like. Very Disappointed to say the least.

I have had a chronic problem with my air conditioning system spanning the course of almost 3 years. I have had numerous companies come in and tell me different stories about what they thought the problem was. I agreed to let all of them do the work and none of them succeeded in fixing the problem. My house is over 5000sqft and there are many zones and multiple units needed to cool the house.

I finally called Mike Morello to see if he had any ideas as to what the problem was. He brought three gentlemen with him into the house and upstairs after laying down sheets so the tile and carpet was not stained. They inspected everything for an extended period of time and finally told me what the problem was. The solution to the problems was not simple, and at the same time, even though the problems were many (from previous contractors), the solutions were presented in terms of numbers and calculations explaining what needed to be done here, and there, and why it needed to be done in that fashion.

At that point in time, instead of trying to up-sell anything, quite the opposite happened. Different options were presented and explained to me on the chance that step one may correct the whole problem if we just wanted to try that first. He stated that if that did not solve the problem and make things comfortable, we could then move to step two and finally to step three, if needed.

Well as it turned out, we did have to go to step two, but, I saved a ton of money by not having to go to step three. On top of that, the house is now perfect, and we are all comfortable.

I was impressed with the honesty and professionalism from the owner down to the installers.

My problems were finally fixed because I dealt with an expert. I would not have taken the time to write this review unless he did that great of a job.

I am a don't be penny wise, pound foolish type of guy. But, if you are not dealing with an expert, you will simply be on the merry-go-round, throwing your money to the fool who doesn't know what they are doing.

If you want an expert, call Mike. I wish I would have called him first.

WARNING: To all who consider doing business with this company, when you are charged a $49 service call fee it will not be refunded even if the HVAC technician does not give you a correct diagnosis and in turn pressures you with a HARD SELL to install a new complete system. (Most likely a commission or quota involved). WARNING: Even if a business is advertised in a church bulletin don't be under the assumption it is necessarily a reputable business, besides it reminds me of the story about Jesus overturning tables in the temple--Mixing shady business under the roof of the house of God. Well tables will turn either here or after death --dishonesty is always brought to the True Light. Short version: I scheduled a service call, Rob the HVAC technician who has been doing this since after high school he said) first remarked my thermostat was an older version. (Ding 1), looked at inside coils, filter, and wires. Next outside with meters explained capacitors were within normal range. Then showed me the meter registered 0.00 stating the 'COMPRESSOR' was ceased up and I would need a whole new system. I questioned about just changing that particular part, changing the outside system, then later the inside system - "no warranties". He was adamant about a new system. After he left I got on-line to look for a compatible compressor. I said a prayer to Jesus to help guide me and next searched for another HVAC company for a second opinion. The HVAC owner/technician of the other company came that afternoon and it didn't take long for him to find the exact problem and do the repair by replacing the defunct Hard start kit. (Be aware if someone tells you if you need one your A/C is on its' last legs because some new units have them built in - do on-line search) I called Mike Morello's office to request a refund because of misdiagnosis, the receptionist refused, argued as if she were an HVAC technician herself and personally familiar with my system. I asked to speak with the owner of the company and was told he doesn't talk to customers, his manager (daughter-in-law) could speak with me...she wasn't there either. The receptionist hung up on me! I called back another person answered the phone said she would leave a message with the manager. No never heard from her or anyone else the entire day. FINAL: Don't lose hope or your $, there are honest people who really do care. I can't imagine how many elderly people on fixed incomes have been taken advantage of by this company on purpose. Shameful, unethical, & driven by greed.
