Mike Morello, Inc.

I have a service contract with this company for my air conditioning. They show up to service my unit but do not bring with them a air filter. I have waited 3 days now for them to bring my filter each day saying they will be the next day. They have not shown up yet. Do NOT USE THIS Company!!!

Over the past few years, Mike Morello technicians have come out to fix our A/C problems on three occasions. Their service has been consistently outstanding, their prices have been fair, and their technicians have been unfailingly courteous and knowledgeable. Their office staff is very polite, as well. They do their best to get a service call scheduled as quickly as possible. I've never encountered rudeness or impatience. This company earns its five stars.

Called around for multiple quotes prior to purchasing a new AC. Mike Morello's price was very fair, and offered to start the job quickly. The team made the process very smooth. The guys that did the installation were great, and their work was neat....top notch! Very happy with the entire process. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent Service and Prompt Service! I phoned in AM and arrival to my home was 3 hours later! Joe was awesome and diagnosis my HVAC system and installed a part on the spot! He was courteous and very friendly. Thank You!

Recent install of totally new system. Perfect service top to bottom. Have used Mike Morello for biannual maintenance for 7 years and could not be more pleased with the service that came along the years. Times have changed and if you find yourself needing a new unit I would be remiss if I didn’t recommend the team of the two “C’s”...Cameron and Connor. They were informative, on time, master planners, created a tight leak free system and were sculptural architects where needed. Plus, they cleaned more than their mess up!! Always an easy experience dealing with front office staff...the best!-Jen

Just got our new AC installed today. We have worked with them for years having them service our original AC that they installed when the house was new. Our old AC stopped working and they were very quick to come out the same day showing up at 8:30 at night to look at it. They were able to make enough of a repair to get the system working, but it needed to be replaced. The technician was very helpful gave us some options on different choices. They were not pushy at all. A day latter they installed our new Carrier AC system. We can't believe how much more quiet it is than our old one. I would highly recommend them!

Most honest and reliable ac company in palm coast! My unit finally died. Almost 16yrs old. They had someone out to my house the previous week on Friday and wouldn't of been able to replace my units until this last week on Thursday. They tried to temporarily repair my old unit but we knew it might not last which it didn't but I was grateful for them trying. Brandon and Coleman were awesome. They were here Thursday morning and by the time I got home from work my house was cold again lol.

Very shady company. Full of two faced sharks. Take my word for it when I say STEER CLEAR of them! It'll save you time and money.

The best way I can describe my experience with Mike Morello Inc. is exceptional.
I had a good feeling about contacting this company initially because someone that is willing to put their name on the business would be more likely to stand behind their services. I was not disappointed.
From my initial contact with Adrianne to the service and work performed by JW and the follow up contact with Jamie, everyone was courteous, professional and vested in meeting my needs.
I would gladly recommend Mike Marello Inc. to any of my family or friends, and will go to them for all of my AC needs in the future.

Honestly the best company in the area!
This company charges $35/pound of refrigerant! That is amazing.
My previous ac company that I no longer want business with charges 79! (Yes I also have receipts that show $79)

Mike morello came out to my house and fixed a cracked EVAP Coil for 800 dollars, this INCLUDES the 12 pounds of refrigerant! They showed up with the part, the next day and installed it super fast. The guys were awesome, energetic, friendly. I will definitely be calling them again if something goes wrong with my AC - although, no hard feelings, I’d rather nothing go wrong hahah. 10/10!
