Happy my air is working but I’m shocked that for no clog and adding a single zip tie to lift the drain pipe maybe a inch cost me $90 after the initial $70 bucks. He didn’t even clean anything or maintenance it , I now need to schedule that

I live in Palm Coast with a newly built house. It took this company 6 months to get my air flowing evenly throughout my house. Had appointment where NO ONE showed up, when called the answer was they were overbooked; Before the final visit I called to confirm the appointment which was not scheduled. Somehow it was noted that the issue was fixed. Which was no where there. Numerous visits doing ductwork, Ripping out and installing ( aggrevated ). Upon all of this the unit in my garage is dripping which will eventually put a hole through my floor and nothing can be done. As per the techs. When I asked about a drain pipe they want to charge.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Our home in the Palm Coast is a second home. When our system broke. I reached out to to company that originally installed it and had been doing the maintenance. I needed a quote to replace the entire system. The number they gave was insane! They knew I needed a new system and also knew I wasn't local. My neighbor mentioned Mike Morello. I gave them a call and was happy with the the quick response in getting a quote. We agreed on a new Carrier system. They worked around my schedule in getting a flight to FL. Was on time Saturday morning and worked hard knowing that I had a flight back to Philly the next day. Was a pleasant experience working with a bunch of professionals! Yous guys rock!

We got 5 quotes. They were 2 companies that were just a little cheaper but they didn’t use Carrier units. They came and gave us a great price and installed a new AC unit and air handler with a Wi-Fi thermostat. The price was good and they installed everything in a day. Works great.

We had our A/C system cleaned today. Donald was the service technician. He was on time, friendly, funny, and thorough. We had a discussion of what range of thickness to get when buying A/C filters. When he was done he explained everything that was listed on the invoice. Mike Morello, Inc. has a wonderful asset working for them in Donald.

Mike Morelloxs team knows their stuff. I use a local guy for everyday run of the mill maintenance and repair, but anything that is outside the scope of his small business he alwaysnpoints us to Mike's team, and we've never been let down. They are knowledgeable, technologically savvy, and super great all around.

Our ac failed in 95 degree weather and we were a new customer calling on a Saturday morning on the recommendation of our neighbor. They arrived in less than 2 hrs and quickly diagnosed our problem. Repair parts were ordered and professionally installed. Costs were very reasonable. All in all we are we are very pleased and highly recommend Mike Morello for hvac service.

Because I couldn't afford to pay for all the services Jack told me I needed, he made my a/c turn off, then said he wouldn't reverse what he had done unless I gave him over 200.00 for a 70.00 service. Which, by the way has no service at all. So I called his office and they haven't returned my call.
I have always had good service with Mike Morollo in the past but this was strait blackmail.

Called to get a service on my AC unit. It was pooling water in my building. Got their answering service saying they are too busy to answer the phone but if they took my info they would call me back in the order received. Told the lady it wasn’t an “emergency” but needed service asap. My AC unit was pooling water in my building and is concerning but not an emergency. It’s now been 6 days and haven’t got a call back yet. Moving on to a company that actually can return a call to say they are too busy to deal with this kind of issue …

If you are shopping for contractor to install A/C - STOP! Mike Morello is the best one in Palm Coast area! Seriously!
They just finished an installation of brand new A/C unit in our place few days ago and inspection of their job was done just this morning. These guys working like a clock - everything: estimation, customer service, installers,
Supervision, crane to get the outside unit to the roof, Inspection! (not to mention the best price among others). We thought such kind of companies don’t exist anymore!
They are an “Old School” awesome young guys, who were able to impress
us in all aspects of what they did!
