I recently had the need to replace my water heater. Paul went through all the different options for tankless water heaters and we decided on one that fit my needs. The water heater was ordered and an installation date was set up. Paul arranged the entire instal (with the electrician) and came prepared ON TIME and ready to do the install. The install was done very professionally and works amazingly (as he assured me it would). I would recommend anyone looking to replace a water heater contact Paul and discuss your options. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed!

They came to install this our unit no less than 5 times, water ran all over, after the fifth time the manager told me to call him direct if I still had issues, he never called me back after 2 calls I gave up on that, I just went with it. Less than year later the house is not cooling and the unit sweats on any day over 80 stay away from these people.

I purchased a brand new system 2 years ago it has failed after 2 years which by chance the labor warranty runs out. They donot go over that there is a extended warranty available. The installers also donot know what they are doing. After they installed the air handler incorrectly it leaked hundreds of gallons of water into walls and above the ceilings of my neighbor. Which they never fixed Brandon face me a free water heater so they did not have to spend money on repairs. The only advanced service they provide is unit s that fail after two years, terrible shady service, and installers that are idiots, and incomplete communication that protects the customer. Stay away.

Our AC Unit went out and we called them straight for 2 days in this 100 degree weather and they NEVER SHOWED to fix the Unit. Now we are forced to pay for a emergency service call. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Our new heating - A/C units are up and running !!!!! From start to finish this company was great.... Josh went over everything with us and answered all our questions about the company and the product. Larry and Shane installed 2 days later and were also very informative about the functioning and the product.... Professional, friendly and FAST !!!! Thank you all ....

Update - 10 months down the road. We returned from vac. and our a/c was not working. On a Sat. late afternoon. Called and someone came out. Was in a rush, got the ac running, said it was an FPL issue and asked for the service charge fee. I was confused with what he did and why the charge so I deferred payment till I contacted the office on Monday. Spoke with Maryann and Dawn and they agreed there was no service charge as we were within our 1 year guarantee of no labor charge. Dawn also listened to my concern about the unit and sent Josh out to do another inspection. He took the time and effort to check the system and reassure us that all was in working order ... Thank you very much... It reinforced my confidence in choosing this company ...

Horrible company...air was not working...tech came pushed up air and says, "I feel something ...so it's working now" The air didn't come on at all the vent just opened up and I told him see it's not pumping air...he went outside says he didn't see anything and told me the unit is just old ...didn't even want to go up in the attic to see what the problem really was...I nice way to make a quick $85...still had to call a real company the next day. Lazy employees and poor customer service seems to me going around in Palm Coast

JOSH the service tech from advanced air and heat was hands down amazing knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Showed up on time and answered all our questions with pin point accuracy. Five stars on this mans service .thanks advanced air and heat for hiring such amazing techs 🙌🏽

This is not the same company it once was. PC Heating and Air has been purchased by another company called Advanced Air. They are total rip off in my option. Having my unit under warranty and purchased from (PC Heating and air) less then 2 years ago for over $5,000, the labor was astronomical (over $300) when it took the technician less 5 minutes to swap out a part. We will miss Doug, he was always fair and customer service was great with him. In all fairness to this review, the technician was professional and got the job done and Marry Ann is a pleasure to speak with over the phone.

I have know Doug Jahn, the owner of Palm Coast Heating & AC for over 5 years. They are by far the most superior heating and ac company in Palm Coast. The office staff is organized and pleasant and the installation and service team are top-notch! I would highly recommend them to anyone that need a new ac unit or service on your current system.

Bought new units from PC heat. Could not pass inspection because of over sized breaker. They replaced breaker, after short time the breaker they put in started tripping. They came out several times, replaced parts, and still breaker tripped. The last repairman told me the breaker tripped so many times it was bad. I replaced the breaker, now it's tripping. Paid for warranty and still has cost me every time they come out. Can't afford to call them again to get nothing fixed.
