This is the most honest business I’ve come across. My A.C unit just stopped working out of nowhere. I called around to see if anyone had a tech to come and take a look same day with no luck. I ended up calling C&J and was on the phone with Christopher (the nicest guy!). He walked me through how to trouble shoot my AC unit. Not even 5 minutes on the phone and my AC turned back on. You don’t come across such a high level of customer service very often. I highly recommend this business for your AC needs. I know I will.

Called Chris at 6:30 PM (business was already closed) and not only did he answered, he then tried to trouble shoot with us over the phone so we could avoid sleeping during the summer without AC. We were so impressed as we’ve never had someone try to trouble shoot and see if it was something we could fix ourselves! He showed up the next day as scheduled, and had what happened to be broke in his truck. He is very nice as well. Great experience.

Amazing AC company! Christopher came out him self on a Sunday evening on his day off to check our AC, as it had stopped blowing cold air. Quickly diagnosed that all the coolant had been leaking out and it was time for a new AC system. He beat every other AC companies quote and brought a team of professional guys out just a couple of days later to replace the air handler and AC unit. They finished the job in only a few hours and had our AC up and running quickly! The unit he installed also cut our electricity cost in half for the AC and our house gets cool ultra fast now with no problems. Our family highly recommends their company for any AC services for their future needs, you won’t be disappointed!! Every time we have needed something done they are always available, come out right away and get the job done right the first time! A++

Chris was an absolute life saver - not once, but twice! He responded quickly to my call and came out to help my dad with a leaky AC. Prices very fair and really knowledgeable, too.

Communication was great. Especially since I live out of state, it was difficult to try to help from afar, but he kept me in the loop and made sure things were taken care of.

The second time I called and texted first thing in the morning and he was able to help with a broken AC within 2 hours. He saved the day and brought the cool air back. Even texted me when he was done to let me know everything was OK.

Chris and his crew were amazing! I called other AC companies and none of them had the unit I needed. They all said there was a shortage in the state due to COVID19. Chris answered my call on a Saturday and gave me a quote the next day. His crew wore masks the entire time and were very polite, safety conscientious, and efficient. They arrived early in the morning two days after getting the estimate and only took around 2 hours for the installation. The rate was very fair and the AC works amazingly! Five stars and hands down one of the best appliance service experiences I have ever had!

Chris and his team are trustworthy, skilled, experienced, fair and honest. They have done exceptional work at my home and in the homes of many of my friends. I'm always happy to recommend him! My AC is 'aging' and in a tricky location. He's been able to work with it and keep it going. C&J Air Conditioning will definitely be my go-to guy for an AC replacement when we need it.

I called and he said he'd come by the next day, no call, so sent a text, said he'd get back to me, and didn't. Called again the next day, he again said he'd back to me and never did. Ok, I understand, we're all busy sometimes, but this is not 5-star service. I have a few properties, and we were looking for a new supplier. We have now gone elsewhere.

Called Chris on short notice. He and his team did an amazing job and installed an AC unit that was better than expected. Excellent communication throughout and answered all of my questions. Extremely satisfied with his service and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

We recently had our AC replaced. Had used Chris in the past, so we wouldn't have considered anyone else to do the job. Knowledgeable, honest and came on time.
