Center sales Rep Brian is the best counter guy in the industry. Vast knowledge of parts and great customer service. Main reason we use this branch.

I have been coming to UR for awhile. I well remember previous location where I met Brian for the first time.
Mr Serrano’ story is totally out of Brian’ character.
My experience with United is the one of a place where you are going to be helped or tried to be helped at minimum.
That’s why United in general and Mr Brian in particular is the place and people i go to.

Went into United refrigeration today and saw Brian Mcneely behind the counter and he was super energetic and very knowledgeable and was multitasking and was helping other customers with other counter sales reps he was helpful was able to locate parts that other companies could not locate . And getting them here in a timely manner

Great people, with tons of the “ must haves” Brian’s tech skills are top notch, he’s always got some good ideas to get us out of what ever pinch we get into, he’s made UNITED our supplier of choice!!

Very Disappointed today with Counter Sales Brian Mcneely in branch 68 at Silver Star Rd in Orlando Fl. Been very disrespectful with me in front of another customers and co workers. Starting the day early get in to the store to gets my parts to start my job and Carlos Count Sales attended me very Respectful and his Co Worker Bryan Mcneely jump from his desk and start yelling at me and talking dirty directly to me and i was not even talking to him. I tell him to stay were you at i am not even talking to you and He Brian Continues talking bad words and tells me that he don’t care and give me his card information trying to intimidate me in front of everyone. Also he continues his fight at the back of the store with his co worker who was attending me. This guy don’t deserve to be an count sales because he don’t treat people in good matters. I don’t feel anymore to go to this store again because I don’t know how this will ends. At some point i feel insecure. He tells me to get out from the store and don’t come back you need to come here and give the work order number and the name on the work orders. I feel very sad and in some point like the way He was acting not safe. Hope this helps others Workers and company take immediate actions with this situation.

Every couple of days I pick up material for my husband and the staff are so kind and welcoming they are always down to earth always make sure to get what we need at all times.
Never a disappointment in this store

Know Byant for 7 years and always been the same humble straight forward dude.What you see is what you get,love all of them they are very proffecional and knowledgeable.They always help me and my team on any job big or small United Ref Orlando Kick Rocks.Bryant,Steve The young Lady in the front and the young men in the counter plus the Cuban guy they are excellent.

l call these cats even to check other branches inventory or even if I’m in another state 0 confusion 0 fumbling they just get straight to the out the door price and availability!

Been using united for a long time in Georgia and moved down here 11 years ago and met Steve and the crew and was and still have been taken care of. Not only are they people I deal with for my mechanical needs but they are like family.

Would like say i enjoy going to the Orlando location, staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Shout out to Bryan.
