Service Star Air Conditioning and Heating

We had a new unit installed less than 2years ago. They were able to do the install the next day and got the job done in about 4 hours.
Tonight we called for a service appointment and they came out at 8pm, determined the problem, left to get the part and came back. All completed quickly and got our system back up and running. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing AC service or new system.

I called about my A/C unit going out last week and my one year labor warranty was over by two weeks. Service Star technician "Tim" came to our house and had us up and running in no time. Service Star honored the warranty even though it was over by two weeks. That's good business! Major work too. Tim was clean, respectful, polite, on-time and went out of his way to ensure our system was fixed 100%. A++ for this company!

When we purchased our home, the inspector said our unit wouldn't last much longer. We got quotes from four local companies. All said we would need to replace soon. A year later, we finally needed to replace the unit.

Service Star gave us the best price, the best financing option, and their service was great.
They answered our questions in a timely manner, and quickly fixed a minor cosmetic issue we had with the installation.

Months later, not one issue to be had with our new Rheem unit. Thanks again!

Our ac system had quit working. I called Service Star because of the excellent ratings I was seeing on line and I had received a nice flyer advertisement from them offering a low cost inspection.
Mr. Louis Ratti came out to evaluate our ac issues late on a Thursday afternoon and he provided a very reasonable estimate to replace our complete system. Wifey and I decided to take a chance with this company because of Mr.Ratti had such a caring and sincere attitude!The very next morning, Austin and Jesse removed our old leaking system and installed a new Rheem Split System. Classic Plus with EcoNet technology. Very Nice and quiet system!
They hauled away the old system and our place was spotless from any debis.Complete professionalism! Very polite attitudes! I highly recommend Service Star to very one!

We were impressed that we called the company ( Amanda)early morning for a repair to a unit we had bought from Service Star and they returned my call right away. Most companies give you the run around and send help 2 to a few days later. Tim arrived as the service Technician and he was polite & professional . He diagnosed the problem right away. He made sure we had cool air working within a few hours; he didn’t want us to suffer the heat temp this week. Tim repaired it by 2:30 pm, It all took less than 4hrs. We now can enjoy cool air. Service Star is trying to scam people into buying a new AC. I hired Service Star to perform routine service on the AC in a rental unit. During the visit, I got a call saying they wanted to discuss a major problem with the AC, so I had to take time off work to go meet them. The tech said my AC was no longer capable of cooling because it was badly rusted and leaking and I needed to buy a new one and gave me price quotes on a new one.

Later on I did my own inspection and noticed that the technician did not do basic maintenance. The air filter was completely clogged because the tech did not change it, even though I had given a fresh air filter to the technician and the technician was asked to change the filter.

I hired another company to do an inspection and they couldn’t find anything wrong with and did not find any leaks. Two years later it is still running fine and the other companies that have serviced it have not found anything wrong with it.

Recently had service star replace our really old unit for energy efficient Rheem model. They were able to install 2 units the next day. All employees were very friendly and professional. They showed up on time and have done good quality work. Will definitely use them in the future for our AC needs.

Texted them late on Tuesday (4/16) night (10:30pm) to get a quote to have my annual PM done on the heat pump. They responded quickly and setup and appointment for Thursday Morning between 9 and Noon. Louis R contacted me by phone that morning to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing and what I could expect from my aging heat pump system in the future. Service Star did an excellent job for me and offered a very fair price for the service.
