Service Star Air Conditioning and Heating

I had a leak in my attic in 2018 that was not related to plumbing. Searched for an HVAC company on Home Advisor and Service Star was first to call. Was told the leak was related to my condenser coils and I should replace my 15 year old unit because replacing coil will not fix the problem. I had unit replaced and a week later I had the same leak. Called them up and come to find out I had a leak in a section of air duct. I hired them to replace the ductwork and now 4 years later I have the same leak at the exact same spot. Called another company recently to repair the leak and was told Service Star only replaced parts of the ductwork and used some sort of tape to attach the air duct to the plenum! I am now having to replace my ductwork again! I did not have to spend thousands on a new ac when there was nothing wrong with it and now have to pay thousands to replace ductwork that they did not properly replace. Beware of this company!

Of course, our AC stopped working on Easter Sunday! Service Star sent someone over almost immediately to help us out, which was unexpected and appreciated. Our unit was 22+ years old and needed to go. From that point on Service Star was quick (and yet not pushy), professional (every single person that came out was kind and respectful), and reasonably priced. A big thanks to Service Star for such great service.

The gentleman that came out (Donnie) was kind, courteous, professional. I like the fact that he did not try to sale me something just because I am an elderly woman. He explained in layman’s terms exactly what he would recommended for the future. After his inspection I was pleased to hear that my a/c unit was working fine. I highly recommend Service Star for your a/c needs.

Awesome working with you guys. Chris really made the experience worth it from the very first visit. He was professional and knowledgeable as he informed us about our old unit. While making sure everything was done completely with the installment of our new A/C.

My air conditioning broke last weekend on a Sunday of all days! Called Service Star and left a message with their answering service. Matt called me back within 10 minutes, and had someone over immediately. Unfortunately our 17 year old system was not worth repairing so I bought a whole new system. The processed from start to end was above and beyond and the pricing was so affordable in a world where the costs of everything are increasing. Call this company, you definitely won’t regret it

They sent their technician Chris Moore to do a service on our A/C unit. All I can say is Chris is top notch. Not only does he do amazing work but explains each step which is very helpful. I'm glad to have Chris and Service Star on my team.

I interviewed 4 ac companies and did my research online. They were the only one that answered all my questions. They were patient as I had him reexplain everything to my daughter who had shown up late. Their pricing was competitive but more importantly he didn't timeshare sell me. Starting real high and then coming lower to get the job. He knew I was shopping around and presented me with his best offer. They installed the ac within 2 days and the technician was professional. I definitely recommend Service Star.

Louis is my maintenance tech he’s very professional and informed us on issues we are having. We have to replace unit and I knew it was old and needed replacement. The company offers financing which is great I recommend this company.

This place is awesome and highly recommended.
I purchased a new unit from them a couple of years ago. Anytime I have an issue with the unit (normal part replacements or unit not operating at full capacity) they will provide guidance over the phone that will help avoid service calls to your residence.
The yearly maintenance fee is very low and so is thier service on-site fee.
Lewis has been assisting me lately with instructions on how to troubleshoot via phone, he's extremely knowledgeable and provides easy to follow directions. Lewis took my late night calls and arrived on-site same day to check my unit.
I'm very happy with the customer service Lewis has provided.
I also like how you call their office and within a few minutes a service technician will call you back.
