Had our guy come out was on time and even got a txt letting me know he was on his way. Got there went right to work was clean and professional. I know I’ll have to get my entire house done in the next few years and I’ll be using them again!

Pros: The Lady on the phone and the plumber that came in were both courtious and kind. Plumber came within in two hours and work got done.
Cons: Repair could have been done a lot faster if the plumber wouldn't have spent most of his time on the phone. Cost was high for the project. Plumber forgot to put water back on for one faucet.

We needed a new water heater, and boy were we glad to have called R.J Kielty! Jack, our technician, came in early in the morning, and replaced it with ease. He also answered all our questions, and listened to all our stories. We enjoyed our time while he fixed it and informs us that R.J Kielty was involved in our community.
