So happy I decided to go with this company! Amanda got me set up with an appointment the same day!! they were on time and got me cooling again!!

I called someone to come out too look at our condensate pump. The service guy came in and asked what was wrong. I told him that the pump wouldn't shut off. Without looking at it he quoted $475 to replace it. On the phone we were told it was $55 on the phone to have someone come out and that it would be taken off of the total price of the repair. There was no indication that it would be over $400 to replace a $50 part. I ultimately paid $55 for nothing in return.

I called and Amanda answered very quickly she was very nice and answered all my questions and made this experience so much better with all her helpful tips and pleasant demeanor
