Greens Energy Services

Our AC went out on Sunday morning and Greens Energy came to the rescue. Phil arrived in the afternoon and had the AC cooling again in less than an hour. I highly recommend Greens Energy for your AC needs.

We have been with Green’s Energy Services for 13 years. Last night our AC stopped working and today Patrick came to repair it two hours ahead of the scheduled time! He was very knowledgeable and located and repaired it quickly. He also explained how we could prolong the life of our unit. We are very pleased with the quality of service we received.

Patrick Altamirano was the service technician who performed our semi-annual check up from Greens today. He was great! Patrick was thorough and he communicates exceptionally well. He let us know the status of our system; he replaced a part which could have caused us a big problem; and he even inspected our duct work in the attic upon our request. Overall, Patrick provided incredible service!! He shared with me that the owners of Greens are humble, hard working, and very supportive of their field service techs which enables him to do his job. This is our second stellar, positive experience in a row with Greens Energy Services! I highly recommend them.

Had a wonderful experience getting our AC fixed by Greens. They found a way to solve the problem without having to replace the entire system and saved us money. They also take care of filing the warranty which is a huge bonus. Robert was our technician and he was so good I requested he do the install the next day. He was professional, communicative, and thorough. Very impressed!

Ernie did a great job checking the system, as always. He even moved the UV light on the fan housing to distance it from the blower motor to prevent problems.

Patrick was our tech for our annual A/C inspection and maintenance - you definitely want him assisting with your A/C!! He was punctual, professional, and so knowledgeable. He was instrumental in us getting rid of some unknown moisture and bacteria issues in our unit that previous technicians had not made us aware of. It was eye opening and so helpful! He was patient, answered all of our questions and was great with our curious pets. I highly recommend him!

Jason G. was our service technician for our maintenance service on our AC system. He was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and a joy to talk with (even if it was about AC issues). He explained everything thoroughly and made some suggestions but was never pressuring. His notes on the invoice were detailed which was a plus for me. This was only our second time using Greens Energy but I've been very impressed with the employees' customer service both over the phone and in person. It's nice to find people passionate about what they do!
