ABC Air Conditioning and Heating Specialist

Had my system maintenance by the company & was system was working fine. After they serviced it, my AC system would not come back on. Called the company & was told someone would return around 10-12 pm. The person who serviced the system called to troubleshoot but to no avail. He wanted to come the next morning to revisit the issue but I informed him that my system was working fine before he arrived and he needed to return to fix the issue but never did. I waited until after 12 midnight for someone from the company to either call or come fix my system but to no avail. I got a call around 8 am the next day informing me that the person who should have come by gt caught up with another job even though they did not call to inform me. My family had the spend the most of the day with NO AC ON THE ONE OF THE HOTTEST DAYS OF THE YEAR! The company did not seem too concerned with this issue or the needs of my family and made no effort to make things right for a problem that their technician created! Stay away from this company with bad customer service & lack of empathy!

We just used ABC Air and Heat for some repairs and maintenance on our air handlers and we had the BEST experience! We've worked with several air conditioning companies over the years and ABC is the best company we've ever dealt with by a long shot!

We had a whole crew at our house for a week, Herb, Aaron, Brandon, Tripp, Bruce, Carlos and Deshai. They were all extremely professional, informative and kind. They took care of our home like it was their home and they were very thorough with their work.

We seriously cannot recommend ABC Air and Heat enough!

First time using this company and the Service was excellent. My AC unit was not working the temperature was dropping to 82 we called at 9:00 pm for someone to out. He was there until 11:00 pm there was a bigger problem so he said he would have a senior Tech come out in the morning. Aaron called at 7:00 am and said he would be there by 8:00am he spent hours working on the unit. He found the problem and explained everything in detail. He was awesome you could tell he had Many years of experience with a great sense of humor.

Setting up an appointment with ABC was easy and they were able to send a technician in a timely manner. Corey not only arrived on time, but was professional, courteous, and explained what was causing issues with my system. Thank you!

I’m so grateful for ABC’s after hours service. When the A/C stops cooling on a Sunday evening I almost panicked. I knew ABC would respond right away. After a short wait Sean came to the rescue. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the part to fix it in his truck. He was extremely knowledgeable and even though it was late he took the time to explain step by step the process he was taking to diagnose and fix the problem.

Aaron was very courteous and honest. He knew exactly what the problem was . I asked questions and told him my concerns he explained everything to me in detail. He was quick to get the job done and very professional. He takes great pride in his work and he's a great asset to your company.

Brandon and Joe were excellent. Willing to answer any question and offered answers to questions I did not even know I had. Set up system and walked me though app. They made sure I was comfortable with the system when they left. Highly recommend ABC air.

Excellent service I called on a Saturday night because our a/c wasn't working. ABC came out the next day and repaired it. We bought our system from ABC and highly recommend them.
