ABC Air Conditioning and Heating Specialist

I'm a small business owner with 2 little ones so I have to often entrust my home to others on my team to find great companies to help my small business or to take care of my home. We hit the jackpot with ABC. They don't skip a beat whether I'm calling them, my husband calls them or someone on my team calls them. We move very fast so it's hard sometimes to find great companies who can keep up. By way of reference, their affiliate company has been caring for our chimney and vents since 2020 and we switched our AC service to them in 2021. They are honest and reliable and helped one of our units to stay running as long as possible until we needed to replace. They are also doing preventative care on our other unit right now too. The replacement unit they did have to do has made a huge difference on the humidity and coolness in our home. It's much more comfortable. I would highly recommend ABC as they are professional, kind and courteous all the time!

I wish I would have remembered the name of the gentleman that helped me with my AC problem but he came all the way to St. Cloud, quickly diagnosed my issue, fixed it in a matter of moments, and gave me some great tips on how to upkeep my unit. I've used ABC in the past and will continue to use them. It's hard to find an AC company I trust but I've grown to 100% trust ABC.

Rachael and Nicole were helpful in assisting me and very pleasant on the phone. Bruce and John arrived on time to install my new A/C unit; they were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They left the work area clean, vacuumed and removed all old parts including trash. I would recommend this company to friends.

I came home to an 85 degree house and called ABC. ABC was able to add me to their schedule the same evening that I called. The service technician was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and finished the repair in that same visit. Excellent service with a reasonable price for an after hours call.

Aaron and Cam came and assessed my problem. When they found it they gave me a solution that left me with a working unit until a new thermostat could be found and replace it. Very good with critical thinking skills and leaving a happy customer my wife.

I called ABC for help with my broken AC installed by a different company. The technician arrived earlier than expected (which I am extremely happy about) on the same day I called which was FANTASTIC. He resolved the problem promptly and professionally. Paid exactly what I expected to pay, what I considered to be a reasonable service call rate, with no surprises. I will definitely call ABC again the next time I need help with an AC problem.

We urgently needed AC repairing because our A/C quit working all of a sudden. Many A/C services were not available immediately, but ABC A/C was the only one readily available. The technician, Ken, came exactly during the time specified by the receptionist. Ken immediately found the cause of the problem, and returned our a/c to full working condition right away. Ken demonstrated professionalism, knowledge and patience to explain the reasons why the a/c was not working, and what we were to avoid in the future. He was very polite and very patient to answer all our questions and offer many solutions for any future problems we might encounter. ABC Team provided excellent customer service, resolved the issues I was having with my A/C units and took the time to educated me on how to maintain the A/C units. They followed up after installation to ensure the units were working and that we were happy with the end product. I would highly recommend using them.

Sean is the most professional and knowledgeable AC repairman I've met so far. He was very responsive when we called over the weekend. I fully trust his judgement and expertise for the repair of our AC which is ongoing.
