AC stopped working after hours, so I gave ABC a call and they sent out a technician within an hour and a half. Aaron was very thorough in checking everything for proper functionality. Wound up needing a couple of parts replaced on the outdoor unit and after Aaron installed them, I had cool AC again! Very professional and quick service in a time of need, I appreciate you guys and will definitely use ABC in the future.

This is more a review of the technician than of the actual company. Prior tech sent by the company didn't know what the problem was. However, they finally sent a senior tech, Aaron, and he figured out the issue. He spent hours working on the unit and is extremely knowledgeable, and he takes pride in his work. It was obvious he knew what he was doing right away. He was also very personable and professional. 5 stars to Aaron all around!

Sean is a real pro. His knowledge and professionalism was clear from the very first moment. I did enjoy his service because he explained everything that was going on in layman's terms. For ABC I must say they are top. Came super fast and always notified 30 mins before the tech would arrive. Excellent company.

I needed a replacement AC for my home. They were out for an estimate the day I called, installation was done just a few days later in only a few hours. The install team even took the extra time to trace down a dead power wire for my thermostat, so I didn’t have to get a battery operated one. The work was good quality, and everything was cleaned up perfectly. The price was fair for a good quality unit, and everyone involved was friendly and professional. This is a good, family owned business and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone.

Great company! Fred came and did a great job on fixing my AC UNIT. He was very informative and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs any repair or maintenance on their AC UNIT.

ABC customer for life! They came through for us last year when our AC went out over Labor Day weekend, even installed the new unit on the holiday. We had a minor hiccup post-installation that they came out and quickly resolved. Today, our Nest thermostat included in the install crapped out and they have been so easy to work with for resolving the issue. Great company, great people. Shawn, service technician, was wonderful today. Thank you!

We heard such great things about ABC Air from referrals but unfortunately, this will be our last time using them. Office ladies were great and provided friendly service, AC was promptly fixed however, we were highly disappointed that we were told by 2 different ladies we could use a coupon that was online, it was texted to the tech (like asked) and still, "manager" said that it wasn't presented at time of payment? I was asked to text it to the tech before paying over the phone so that's exactly what I did. No response from Ken. Had no choice but to make the full price payment over the phone and disappointed they didn't keep their word nor accepted the coupon/adjusted the price of service.
