Garry arrived exactly on time, kept me informed of everything his was going to do and did and made a modification to the pipe so I can dump cleaner in plus much more. Best AC service I've ever had.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Wouldn't you know I had a cooling emergency on a Saturday hours before flying back to my other home. Called a few companies and finally spoke to a nice sweet lady Kris, who assured me that she will have someone out to the Florida home in a few hours and there is no weekend or emergency fee! Gary came out and was very pleasant to speak with, he explained everything he was doing and why. And also how he was going to fix the issue. Lucky for me it was just a simple drain plugged up. Gary got to work and had me up in running in enough time to catch my Uber to the Airport. You can't go wrong with Air Hawk especially with Kris and Gary! Thank you, from a new Florida home owner who is still learning how things are done in the Sunshine State!

Update, failed again shortly after the drain was cleaned, had them back out and tried again, got it running and off it goes again.

Called another company for second opinion and the real problem was diagnosed and was scheduled to be fixed. The system has worked perfectly since they fixed it. So props to the second company that found the real problem with the system constantly shutting down and it was not a simple clogged drain.

Michael Kanaris from Air Hawk was super awesome and very professional. He asked me multiple times for any questions and he did answer all my questions in detail patiently. He took a time to finish the job properly and didn't rush at all. Also this was my third time getting services and repair done from Air hawk. Air Hawk Heating and Cooling delivered top notch service! Our AC went out and the system needed to be replaced. Lee came out very quickly after calling and was able to get our current system cooling while we waited for the install of our new unit. Lee was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Michael and staff installed our new unit as well as cleaned our air ducts and they did a superb job. They were very polite and worked efficiently to get our new system running. They were sure to answer any questions we had and we are overall very happy with the service and the new system! Everyone we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Their office staff is very friendly and personable and worked quickly to get us taken care of. Air Hawk has fair pricing and trustworthy service and equipment. You cant go wrong with this company!

There is a reason they are highly rated on Google. I called them and they were able to schedule service the next day, they worked to verify the warranty, they ordered the part and installed it the following day. The tech Peter was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and even gave me advice for keeping the system running well throughout the year.

***Update 7/13/22***
I had an issue with the drain line this time and called for service. Was able to get it scheduled quickly, and Erik cleared the line completely and even went a step further by cleaning the coils and ensuring the unit was producing cold air they way it should. The service plan I purchased covered everything. I am extremely satisfied with this company and will continue to use and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Very professional. Constantly in contact so I never was guessing on when they were coming or what they were charging me. Everything was above board. If more companies worked this way they would have a lot more competition. Fair, honest, fast, on time and knew what they were doing. Every question was answered without hesitation. All the things I expect because it's the right way to be if you want to prosper! I highly recommend Airhawk! Keep up the great work!

Air Hawk and their techs are the best! I have had many issues with an AC system installed in 2013. After stumbling with a few competitors, I got Air Hawk involved. They are always responsive and gets the job done within a reasonable time, as well as being empathetic and making adjustments on their billing. They will soon replace my entire system if their quote is competitive. Avoid the crooks-contact Air Hawk for honest work and suggestions.

I was really impressed with Air Hawk. I'd been having troubles with my upstairs AC unit for over a month now and had several companies come out to look at it. My wife actually found Air Hawk thanks to their positive reviews, so I wanted to contribute further to that. They came out at first to look at doing repairs. My old unit was out of warranty and was going to be expensive to fix. Still, Air Hawk came in cheaper on the repairs than others that quoted me. In the end we decided to replace the old system instead of dumping more money into it and Air Hawk was extremely honest and professional. They didn't try to hard sell me on a more expensive or complex system and they didn't push extra services or warranties. They were also able to install my new unit much sooner than other companies. Lee the sales person I worked with was fantastic. Even went out of his way to come back out and install a temporary portable unit to hold us over until the full install. Not only that, but he helped install and set up an extra thermostat for our downstairs unit just because he's a good dude! Mike and Nico our install guys were great. Very courteous and efficient. Clearly skilled at what they do. Sierra in the office was also very helpful in facilitating everything. I'll 100% be using Air Hawk again for my AC needs.
