same day appointments .. can’t beat that !! i’ve been using them for the past year and they are a wonderful company and the technicians that come out are very knowledgeable and friendly.

The service Tech showed up and was very professional and polite and checked my system out but now it is not working. Frustrated! They sent a service Tech out the following day but he didn't get to us until 4 in the afternoon. Since it was their screw up I felt they should have come 1st thing in the morning but they did get the problem fixed.

Totally normal wear and tear on this six year old unit. This "dirt" started collecting on the air handler, that sweats like a cold beer in Summer, the first year it was installed. It isn't a big issue though, apparently everyone's AC looks like this and little bit of paint over top solves the problem. I guess I'll just wait until the dirt spreads through my entire house and my lungs burn from breathing the totally normal air from an Air Hawk system.

We have had Air Hawk service all our homes for the past 5+ years and have been extremely satisfied. When our AC unit broke down in one of the rentals, they came right away and fixed it. They are very knowledgeable in their profession, all the technicians are courteous and on time and you talk to a real person when calling their number. Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs.

The tech showed up when promised, installed a new AC system and my house went from 95 degrees to 76 degrees. Thank you Air Hawk.

Gary was very professional and through. After a quick chat about what happened with the system he went right to troubleshooting it methodically. Checked several items and quickly found the problem and solved it.

Waited for estimate for a week to be forgotten about . After i called backtold they're not interested 🙄 in doing the work . Nice staff

Still at a loss of words for this family owned company. I had an issue with my A/C as this is our first home ever owned. I called and Chris assisted me with setting an urgent appointment to lock something in. While conversing about the A/C issue before setting the appointment, Chris took the time and actually gave me all the pointers i could possibly need to avoid a service visit just in case it was something i could do myself. Progress was great the next few days however i spent 1 1/2 yrs without a single maintenance since we moved in on my A/C. My A/C was def clogged and a shop vac recommendation was not enough due to time elapsed. Sure enough after cancelling and thanking her for what was thought to be a perm solution turned into a temporary solution. No product nor service was ever sold and she still took the time to follow up with me same day and next day and cared about my situation first especially with my 15m old baby. What a “person”! Eventually i realized i needed their service and they sent someone the very next day. Problem solved. I def recommend their business and the maintenance package for the year. Very professional reputable company and I am glad to have them service me. Thank you Chris, Robert the technician and the Air Hawk Family. Happy Fourth!
