Raymond our installer is absolutely the best. He answered all my questions, explained how to use and maintain the equipment all in the most professional manner. The crew was clean, we cannot tell someone was in the home today replacing equipment. I can wholeheartedly recommend Air Hawk and Raymond.

Air Hawk did a great job swaping out my furnace and air conditioning unit the same day I had complications with the old one. I am grateful to have new units for upcoming summer. What really impressed me is the integrity this business showed. My wood floor got scratched with the furnace removal and Air Hawk made it right. With any repair or construction, I am well aware that these things can happen to anyone. Air Hawk went the extra mile and found me a great flooring contractor who came out and replaced the scratched boards. I have been burned by contractors who are nowhere to be found when there are complications. It is a relief to find an organization who stands behind their work. Thanks Air Hawk.

We had a pleasure working with Joe and Jorge. They were both very nice and attentive individuals . Joe gave us reasonable price. Jorge was prompt and very professional, he went above and beyond to make sure that he left us with the system working at its best. Great team and company.

It was 82° outside, and a muggy 80° inside, and not getting any cooler even though the thermostat was set at 78°. The outside unit was not running at all. So we looked for an emergency AC service, and when we called Air Hawk, the owner answered the phone. Joe was pleasant, and after taking all my information, he told me Gary would be out between 2-5 to diagnose the problem. This was in sharp contrast to other calls we made and either an answering machine took our call or someone said a tech would get back to us, and didn’t.

Gary arrived at 2:50. He discovered a Freon leak. After putting in 3 pounds of Freon (it’s not cheap), he found the leak in the condenser coil. That repair won’t be cheap, but the part is under warranty. We’ll only pay for labor when the part is ordered & put in. The job was done at 4:20, and the temperature inside was a cool 76°.

We were so impressed with this company that we purchased the annual service agreement for a reasonable cost. We look forward to having our HVAC system serviced by Air Hawk!

Our AC unit went out on a Monday night and the next day Air Hawk sent someone out to give us a quote and once the quote was accepted the unit was installed the very next morning. Everyone I encountered from the office to the installation guys was a pleasure to deal with and gave elite customer service. They didn’t pressure us to buy a particular product and communicated with us everything they did every step of the way. I highly recommend!

EDITED REVIEW. After my original review posted, I was contacted within minutes from a tech and then the owner of the company. The tech came out that evening to troubleshoot the isssue again. While we are still working on the solution, I am completely impressed with the response of the team, they really do want to keep their customers happy. Hard to find companies that care like that anymore.

Original Review: Waited a week for a part that was supposed to fix the AC. Install was finished, I said the air still didn't seem to be working. Tech claimed it needed refrigerant, but he didn't have any so another tech would show up later. second tech came (unannounced), and added refrigerant. I asked if the AC was now okay. He claimed it was "fully operational" . This evening, I have found my AC STILL is not working, after three visits and 10 days .

Jorge from Air Hawk was exceptional. Not only was he able to come out within 24 hours of my call, but he went above and beyond to quickly get my AC working again. Can’t recommend him and Air Hawk enough.

Definitely, just found my new AC company! Jorge came out for a service call and got the AC system repaired and cooling the house again! Great communication, very professional, and on time!! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
