Called for what I thought was a problem with filter installation. Mahlon O. came out and checked it. He was prompt, honest and professional. Issue was resolved with no actual repair or adjustment needed. Great company. Will recommend.

instead of real options for repair of a so-called leak tried to sell me a $15000 AC unit with 20 year financing which would have me making payments five years after the life of the unit AND TOTALLING $28000. what a waste of time. WHY CAN I NOT FIND AN AC REPAIR PERSON ANYMORE???? ALL THEY DO IS TRY TO SELL NEW UNITS. As a result I have spent weeks and many hours on youtube watching real HVAC techs repairing units exactly like mine very easily even units older than 15 years. wish I could get those guys to come to my house. The first company that comes to my house and says they can keep my unit running (which it is) for a few more years will be the one I buy a new unit from.

Matt, the tech, arrived earlier than anticipated (thank goodness), even after hours. He was very friendly and professional! Explained everything and answered all of my million questions. Would highly recommend.
