Our A/C decided to stop working on the night before Easter Sunday. The person that installed the system referred me to Chris because he didn't service this area any longer.

I called Chris on Easter afternoon. He promptly returned my call about an hour later and put on the schedule today (4/18) with an estimated arrival time. He showed up on time as promised and resolved the problem quickly.
