Jeff came out and did a fantastic job cleaning out my unit. He also educated me about my system and told me what I could do to maintain the unit. Talked about the ductwork and what I could do to improve it. It was very helpful and it was a great experience all around.

Got home to a hot house. Needed AC service tonight. Called Hammond. With in minutes I had spoken with my technician Brad. He had let me know that he would come out tonight and what time to expect him 7:30. 7:30 sharp he was there. He asked what was going on with the AC. I told him it was blowing just not getting cold. He said it was the outside part not coming on and he would find our why. And find out he did. Ten minutes later my house was getting cool again. Thank you Brad for helping my family sleep tonight!

Great service! I scheduled a basic checkup and cleaning for my AC unit. They were able to schedule an appointment fast and they have the best price in town. On top of that, the tech was very friendly and professional.

After 20 years of great service my old AC died, the Hammond guys came out and replaced the entire system and ductwork in my 45 year old home. The existing duct work was not properly sized for my home and it showed after these guys finished up their work. Kyle, Dave and Brett work 4 straight days in mid July to get the old metal duct out of our small attic and new material up. I had used Hammond a year back when I was experiencing some problems, and really liked the experience I had with the technician, Jeff, that came out to fix the problem, and he was the first guy to show up this year and inspect my old system and go through the steps of diagnosing the problem.
I know that I'm probably the home owner that these guys don't like, but I like to watch what they are doing, not that I know what they are doing but to just better understand whats going on with the job and learn as much as I can about all parts of my home. But the entire time, they answered any question I had, and didn't seem to be annoyed, and made sure everything was working properly. They took the time each day to clean up the debris that made its way into the house through the access holes and vent opening.
Also have to acknowledge Mike, who worked till about 8pm to get the new air handler and outside condenser up and running. All the technicians that came out over the week to remove and replace the system where knowledgeable and professional.

Trouble Diagnosis and New system installation was professional in every detail and accomplished within the time period agreed by Victor and Kyle. I know something of AC operation and maintenance and observed their Best Practice installation. Thanks Team. We are grateful for the confidence you service has in stilled in us.
