After seeing the reviews posted online, decided to call Hammond. Paul was on time and listened while I explained the problem. He went immediately and repaired the problem. He explained what was wrong and was reasonably priced. I strongly recommend Hammond for your ac needs. Thanks again Paul for your expertise.

My A/C stopped working in 90 degree weather on Sunday of Memorial weekend. I called 5 companies with no response. Hammond called me back in under 30 minutes and was at my house in 1 hour! I can’t say enough good things about Brad, the technician. He was prompt, professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable.

Hammond Heating and Air Conditioning was quick to respond to my call when I needed help with my A/C. I had an appointment with Clayton within 2 hours. Clayton arrived earlier, and was professional. Helpful, kind, and courteous. I would use them again in the future.

Jacob was punctual, polite, and very helpful. He made sure to educate me during the whole process and offered his help any way he could. I would definitely recommend this company to use as well as Jacob as a technician.

We had initially had another company at our home for repairs and an estimate for additional services. My level of comfort with "other company" was low due to one person and their attitude towards me and my questions. Afterwards, our neighbor referred us to HAMMOND because he had them install his heating and ac system and was VERY HAPPY. We called HAMMOND and learned they do FREE estimates, which was FANTASTIC and VERY SMART for them to do. I needed a second opinion but had already paid another company for a service call and didn't want to pay for two service calls to get another estimate, as we are a one income family. The reason I was looking for a second opinion was because the person at the "other company" that had to explain my estimate and answer my questions treated me with a huge lack of customer service, it was so disappointing. THEN I CALLED HAMMOND!!! I was able to talk to FRAN, she was amazing, she treated me with the utmost respect, she answered ALL of my questions. She helped me in every way to SAVE MONEY and MADE ME FEEL SO VALUED that I cancelled my scheduled repairs with the "other company" and had HAMMOND give and estimate. THEN we met JEFF, he was WONDERFUL!!! He took the time to answer both MY questions and MY husbands also. Usually it's me handling repairs because I am at home so I like to understand the process to, not just pay the bill. JEFF was VERY RESPECTFUL to me, not just to my husband. He was honest, direct, informative and really impressed both of us with his patience and explanations. Also when I called in NANCY was very helpful and informative too. Because of the EXCEPTIONAL, AND ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JEFF, FRAN AND NANCY, we cancelled with the "other company" and we JUMPED ON THE HAMMOND HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONG TRAIN...YIPPEE!!!

We called Hammond Air when our current company was able to service us in a timely manner. They spoke with me via phone and attempted to help me remedy the issue myself. We were unable to do so, and they arrived EARLY to assess our a/c issues. Ask for Jeff. I was treated with respect and consideration and we will definitely be using Hammond Air from now on.
