The company was recommended by my neighbor after poor service with McGowan's A/C. Hammond Heating and Air Conditioning came out the very next day, immediately identified the problem and corrected it. I have since signed up for the Bi-Annual inspection service. The techinian (Jeff) was professional and friendly. I look forward to having him back for future work if the need arises. My unit was installed by another company. They did a horrible job and were very incompetent. I called Hammond Heating and AC in Orange Park, they sent Mr Paul to my home in a very timely manner. Mr Paul was very knowledgeable and fixed our unit in a matter of minutes. He was very kind and courteous. He also saved us hundreds of dollars, as the other company was going to order parts and drain all the Freon and replace the Freon. Thank you Hammond Heating and AC and thank you Mr Paul. I will be using your company for our annual maintenance calls. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

A/C troubles after hours (of course), but we made the call to Hammond and within 1.5 hours they were at our house. Fixed the problem in 15 minutes! Brad was a great technician, professional, and a nice fellow! 😀
