Jeff has been extremely helpful and was fast to repair our unit just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday! Now my kitchen is nice and cool ahead of all the cooking I need to do! We appreciate the friendly and courteous service from all of Hammond employees and have purchased the platinum service plan. Looking forward to seeing Jeff at our 6 month maintenance!

I called Hammond Air to request an annual tune up and as a new customer, I was very impressed that they came out just 2 days later. Clayton serviced our system, he was very professional, friendly, and answered all my husbands questions. We will definitely call Hammond for any service and/or repairs we may need in the future.

I spoke with Mrs. Nancy in the office to make an appointment to have my duct work redone. Super sweet lady who got me scheduled right away.

Estimator Brandon came out was very nice and professional while at the house. We discussed the job and that if I waited until it cooled down the price would be less than current and I would get both estimates by lunchtime the following day. This was 3 weeks ago.

I have called 7 times and other people answered the phone and told me that Nancy would call me back. Never heard from her. Then last week I was told Brandon would be calling me shortly as he was driving and had my info. Again. No call. My husband finally spoke to Brandon today who in no short amount of words said he isn't skilled enough for the job and doesn't want to do it. He would give me an exorbant estimate if we really wanted one. When my husband asked why he didn't tell us this before....his reply- he was hoping we would just go away.

After all the positive reviews I stuck with them hoping it was just a fluke. Shortage of man power, etc. Completely shocked quiet honestly. While I appreciate the honesty it could have come 3 weeks ago and I could have moved on.

Our AC quit. I called Hammond Heating and Air and Rhett was able to come out the same day. He was very professional and helpful, which helped us in deciding to use them in the future!

Quick and friendly service! I wasn't able to be home, but Bryan helped me through the whole process and really went above and beyond! Will 100% use them again.

We were having an issue with our HVAC unit. Clayton checked out our unit and diagnosed the problem. We needed a part to be ordered. Steve returned 2 days later with the part and fixed our AC. We were very happy with both of the service people. We were very impressed with this company and we highly recommend them. We are planning on having our unit maintained by Hammond. Thanks!

I moved here to Fleming Island from Miami 3 years ago and had my first issue with the A/C last February. Paul came out and patched me up and was very honest telling me it could be 1 week or 1 year. I knew my A/C was at the end of its life called back Hammond since they were so prompt with the service call and they have such a honest hard working staff. They sent Paul back out to me since we hit off last time and he confirmed it was time to replace the system and they didn't charge for that. They even came out the day I called!

I was set up to have my entire system replaced the next day and right on time Steven and David show up in my driveway ready to go. These 2 technicians were also very friendly and got right to work answering any questions I had and being very courteous.

I have had plenty of neighbors here in Eagle Harbor use Hammond and everyone has been happy with their work. It is an extra benefit to have them here on Fleming Island and part of our community. I would highly recommend this company.

First let me say If you ever need EMERGENCY A/C repair this is the company to go with!! I called on a Sunday for repair of my non working A/C ( in September 90+ degrees outside, Labor Day weekend) my call was answered promptly and and I was immediately put in touch with Steve our repair man he said he was available and could be at my place inside of an hour! He came diagnosed my problem and fixed it in no time. He also went thru my house to make sure all the registers were working and we discovered that several of them were actually 1) in backwards and 2) not open completely enough to allow the A/C to operate at optimum level. I am OVER THE TOP please with this company, I'd give it a 10 if I could!!!!!! I hope this review helps someone else as this is truly a great company, Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly!!

From the moment, their service guy and technicians were nothing but professional and respectfully. On time, thorough, ensured they cleaned up after themselves and explained everything and answered all questions I had. I recommend this company. And I honestly don’t waste my time and energy on a review unless I was VERY happy with the service from start to finish. Higher them next time your need your AC system looked at

Highly recommend this company. My air went out late Saturday night and Clayton was out early on a Sunday morning and had my unit up and running within 30 minutes. Friendly and professional as well as highly skilled.
