Jay was incredibly professional and helpful! He was knowledgeable and able to fix my issue in a reasonable amount of time. His service was impeccable and I really appreciate him for coming and working so hard. I will definitely be using Hammonds again and especially Jay as the technician.

Brian Ludwig a technician came out for service and explained my system to me so I can better maintain this unit. As far as this companies $178 yearly maintenance contract it is nonexistent! The office personnel makes excuses for not following through with the plan by saying they have the wrong telephone number or email, an excuse they give me every time I call!!!

Bryan was great, he came out and quickly fixed our AC after calling early this morning. Would highly recommend, him and this company!

Our heat went out on Christmas Eve. Hammond Air answered their phone hortly after calling. Bryan came out the day after Christmas to service it. He was on time for the appointment scheduled. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem and was honest and friendly. I recommend using this company for your HVAC needs.

I called because my A/C was blowing hot air and they came out same day. The service tech Rhet, identified it was the thermostat that was causing the issue very quickly and was very knowledgeable on providing solutions with how to fix it. Thank you!
