One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Miami

We called 1 hour air on a Saturday night after our AC was broken and the temperature inside our home was at 90 degrees. It was a hot summer Miami day and we were desperate. We were told the technician would come by from 9-11pm. To our pleasant surprise, the technician arrived within 30 minutes of us making the initial phone call. He spent two hours here. The technician was kind, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks to him, our three children will sleep soundly in their own beds tonight. We highly recommend them!

The AC was not blowing cold air in our condo and One Hour AC was able to handle the paperwork for the condo association and get a tech out the same day! I called to schedule a tune up on our AC unit. Melina at the office was professional and set me up a window for the day I chose. She called day off to say they were running slightly behind and if that would be OK. It was and the service tech Jose called when he was on his way. Arrived when both Melina from the office and he said he would be here. Service was completed with no surprise charges. Will use them again in the future.

They replaced my old air conditioner, also the ducts and vents which were over 20 years old. They were here for three days. The first day they removed the old system and vents. The second day they replaced the ducts and vents and the third day Tom worked alone to replace the actual condenser and air handler. The men arrived on time, worked in the heat of the attic without stop except on the second day when they went for lunch. Each day when they left they cleaned up so well you would never have known they were here. They covered the carpeting, draped the closet when they needed that access to the attic, and vacuumed.
They did a great job! The system is working very well and I am very happy with the work they have done.
