Ozzie the tech was great. He was through and stayed to make sure everything was working fine. He showed me how my coils looked and tole me it is time to clean them. I appreciate his expertise.

Oliver did a great job. On time, friendly, thorough, extremely competent, and professional.

Although we did have to wait about 6 hours for service, the man did come. He wore a mask and gloves and we were asked to wear masks. He was able to fix our problem quickly, and it was nice to be cool again! I am thankful that I have this service.

I invited Visham Persad to our home, we discussed service plans and other offerings that they provided. He and Jose Gonzalez were very professional explaining and answering all of our questions. We needed, and requested duct cleaning. Two of their technicians, Eduardo & Tony came out and did a great job. The whole experience was pleasant and priced right. Our a/c broke overnight. We called Altmann air first thing Saturday morning and was expecting a machine. The gentleman on the phone was polite and professional. Miguel called us shortly afterwards and told us when he should be arriving. Minutes later he was and our door and quickly assessed the situation. Great service. Miguel was very pleasant and professional.

Altman provides excellent and prompt service. I had to replace a 24 year old two ton air conditioning unit that serves my bedroom and en suite bathroom. Altman gave me a reasonable estimate, and scheduled for two days after I agreed to the estimate. Meanwhile, at no cost, their tech set up a portable unit for my use until the installation was complete. Then they were able move up my installation by one day. So this morning, Miguel arrived with the new unit. He was extremely thorough, as well as customer friendly in terms of simple explanations. Miguel has been here before and I would definitely request him again. I highly recommend this company for new installations, as well as timely service including nights and weekends, and their service plan.

Once again, Altman provided excellent service when the technician came on August 5, 2021 for a regular maintenance service call on my large unit. During the regular service the tech discovered a drain clog and fixed it. It had not yet interfered with my air conditioning service but likely it would have happened at a less opportune time. Thanks Altman!

AC Webt out on the weekend early morning. They came out late in the day to inspect. Determined I needed a compressor after strong efforts to get mine running. Unfortunately compressor didnt cooperate. I had to wait till Monday for parts house to open up and see if it was under warranty, but that was verifiedd first thing Monday morning and I received the call with the bad news. I decided to change the condenser completely and it was done on Tuesday. Very professional and knowledgable technicians. I never like to dish out on unexpected expense but it was a fair price. I would like to have had a window of when they would've been here but as an emergency with kids I ended up taking the day off and making myself available for whenever I received the text they were on the way.. overall i gave 5 stars because I like dealing with professionals and this company falls under that category. THANK YOU. Tonight the family sleeps well.

Added refrigerant as needed and recommended cleaning both units

This was annual routine maintenance. Miguel arrived exactly when expected, was wearing protective mask and was careful of distancing. He did a thorough cleaning and flushing of condensation lines, and checked all functions. He answered all questions and is excellent in explaining how the system works.
